This spacious ski in ski out 130m² chalet apartment covers the entire first floor and has been furnished to the highest standard.

The family friendly accommodation offers 4 bedrooms sleeping 10 comfortably, with 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. It has been equipped to the highest standard perfect for a luxury holiday destination.

A 54m² south facing balcony with sofas, table tennis and dining table provides a perfect place for lunch or an apres-ski drink in the sun.

There is a scenic glass lift to the first floor and a secure, heated boot room with ski lockers on the ground floor and secure designated underground parking for 2 cars.

The apartment is ideal for families with ski school starting just outside the building and easy blue runs descending into the resort. The ski lift is less than 25 metres away! No carrying of skis or walking uphill whatsoever. There is a selection of toboggans at your disposal and it is possible to toboggan straight from the back-door.

There are 2 small playgrounds in the village, one 50 meters away.

Ski school starts at the bottom of the gondola and can be a full day or half day which makes the property location so ideal.

The living room is spacious and light and has windows on 3 sides with beautiful mountain and piste views.There is a cosy log fire with a supply of logs on your arrival.

Accomodation: The apartment has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite, and one large family bathroom. There are also full laundry facilities.

All bedrooms have ample storage space , solid wooden beds and high quality bedlinen.

Services: Our English and French speaking agent will welcome you personally at the chalet, show you around and hand over any pre ordered ski passes. They can also arrange ski lessons, book guides and private instructors.

A fully qualified English nanny is also available and can be hired on an hourly or daily basis. Pre-booking essential.

The chalet is rented out on a self-catering basis but a full catering service can be provided to suit your dietary needs and budget. This ranges from a simple daily bread delivery and oven supper dishes to a full chef service. Menus on request.

We enjoyed our stay here in Saint-Martin greatly, in large part because of this lovely flat. The initial pictures didn't really do the place justice. It's large and roomy and comfortable for a group of 6 (which we were) or up to 10. The well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, and there were lots of DVDs for the kids. One of the biggest assets of the flat was the location and proximity to the Gondola. It's literally 30 metres from the front door which made both starting the day and finishing it, stress free. It is also only 30 metres from the local ski shop, and 50m from the ski passes and ESF school. The village of Saint-Martin is beautiful and a welcome change from the bigger resorts. If you aren't looking for the apes ski bars, then this is perfect. Sophie was very communicative and helpful and I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending this place.

Ski in ski out! We loved it.

This is a beautiful place. We loved staying here. It is so convenient right next to ski school and the gondola. The whole family enjoyed St Martin, a quaint village with great restaurants. The apartment is very clean and large. Good views onto the slopes and mountains. The table tennis table on the balcony was also a big success. In fact we loved sitting there as it is a real sun trap. We have booked again.

Fantastic apartment in stunning location

We have stayed in this apartment many times now. It is in an excellent location right next to the ski lift and on the piste. It is also wonderful for walking as there are beautiful walks straight out of the door.

It is huge, very light and airy and very well furnished. The apartment is spotless and has a huge sunny balcony. We cannot recommend it enough.

Fabulous apartment in wonderful location.

We have been regulars to St Martin and knew where Le Cochet was when we booked online but you really have to see this place to believe it! Really comfortable and so tastefully furnished and a mere stones throw from the main bubble car. Perfect in every way - we very much hope to be back to Le Cochet again.

Another fantastic stay at Le Cochet!

I have stayed at Le Cochet Apartment several times now, and each visit has been absolutely fantastic. The chalet has everything you could need and more! In terms of location, it couldn't be more convenient. The lift is just meters away and you can ski in and out.

As for the chalet itself, the open plan kitchen and living area provides an ideal environment for relaxing as a family in the evening. In addition to this, the balcony is great for enjoying the sun, taking in the spectacular view of the mountains and having the odd game of table tennis! From a practical point of view, the kitchen has all the utensils you could want, the beds are incredibly comfy and the ski room has boot warmers so there are no wet feet in the morning.

We will be back again!

wonderful le cochet

This apartment is absolutely lovely. Everything is so easy and well thought out. The underground car park is huge. The lift goes right to the apartment door, so unpacking is easy. The apartment itself is gorgeous. The windows let in masses of light and have views of mountains and the ski lift - which is about 20 metres away! The living space is perfect, all open plan with plenty of room, a huge dining room table, a lovely sitting area with comfy chairs, a sofa and open fire. French doors lead onto the balcony which is massive and looks onto the mountains. The kitchen is really well-equipped and easy to use. The bedrooms are comfortable and really pretty and the bathrooms are excellent with lovely power showers.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, everything is really good quality, and Kate is always available if you need any guidance or help. The village is really pretty and has everything you need, including an excellent butcher who also sells delicious cooked ready meals such as lasagne. Everything is on your door step, dog sledging, mini golf, gorgeous walks and, of course, the mountains. The swimming pool is only a ten minute drive away and has steam and sauna.

I honestly can't think of a single thing I would change - its the perfect place to come

Fantastic!

We have stayed in this lovely apartment for several years now. It could not be more conveniently situated right next to the lift and ski school. This is such luxury when skiing with children.

The apartment itself is immaculate and well cared for. The children loved having the toboggans at night. It is very well kitted out and luxurious for a holiday rental.

The agents do a fantastic job of welcoming on site and are a wealth of information. They also booked us into some busy restaurants and were brilliant in getting us fantastic instructors.

All in all we could not have wished for more, and we will come back again!

Saint Martin de Belleville is right in the middle of the vast Trois Vallées ski area. With over 600km of pistes and 200 lifts all on ONE ski pass this is the most extensive ski area in the world, catering for all standards both on and off piste.

This luxury chalet apartment is next to the fast St Martin gondola and it takes only 15 minutes to get to the top of Tougnete (altitude 2434m), a ridge overlooking Méribel .

Convenient and family friendly, it is truly ski in ski out Just put your skis on at the front door in the morning and take them off there at the end of the day. Bliss.

With a choice of easy blue runs down and being located next to the start of ski school it is the perfect spot for families.

Saint Martin de Belleville is a charming authentic mountain village with traditional stone and wooden buildings. At 1450m it is the same altitude as Méribel and has an excellent range of restaurants, bars and quality food stores.

Golf: There is a mini golf course across the road, open in the summer period and various excellent courses in Meribel, about an hour's drive away.

Ski: The Trois Vallees is the largest ski area in the world - all available with one single ski pass. It is possible to ski in the 4 different valleys with very different scenery and destinations all in one day- Meribel, Courchevel, La Tania, Val Thorens and Orelle offer a wide range of destinations, so no chance of getting bored by all too familiar runs.

Both on piste and off piste options are enormous, and we can recommend some great local guides and instructors.

With easy ski access from Saint Martin to the very highest point in Europe , the Cime de Caron in Val Thorens, snow is pretty much guaranteed all season.
