A luxurious, spacious villa with private pool, situated close to the main attractions of Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and more with plenty of features and amenities to make your holiday comfortable and relaxing as well as lots of fun! Just 10 - 15 minutes from Disney, my villa is the ideal base for your Disney and theme park holiday. With plenty of personal space, a 23' heated private (not overlooked) swimming pool (heating optional) a fully equipped kitchen, cable TVs, PlayStation 2 to entertain the children, and free wireless internet to keep you in touch with family and friends at home. My villa is located 1 minute drive away from a 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercentre, and just as close to the US192 highway for dining and other fun activities. Far superior to staying in a cramped motel with no privacy, limited and shared facilities and a busy communal pool, whether you're coming for Disney or just to relax, my villa is the perfect place for your holiday.

Nearest Airport: Orlando International (MCO) at 20 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 60.0 Miles
Car: necessary
Close to Walt Disney World theme parks (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom), other attractions including Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center and many waterparks (including Disney Wet'n'Wild). Great location for golf (close to many golf courses) as well as mini-golf. Easy drive to Cocoa Beach (a day at the beach is a welcome break from Disney overload!), as is a day at the various shopping malls, flea markets and many great family dining options. Don't miss the late night shows at the Disney parks - they're awesome! Kissimmee is the world's greatest location for theme parks, rides, attractions and great entertainment, and there's something nearby to suit all ages and activity levels. It's all within an easy drive of my villa! Kids love it (especially Disney) and adults love it all too!

    Rates INCLUDE Florida State taxes (13%), and the standard cleaning fee. A refundable security deposit is required to cover any potential damages or loss (US$275) which will be returned to you within 4 weeks of your departure from my villa. Pool heat is an optional extra at just $20 per day.
  • A booking deposit of $200 per week is required to confirm your reservation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice before that point. Should you wish to rent for a longer term, discounted rates are available. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

The lounge has a high ceiling keeping you cool during the hot summer days, and the pool side area is equipped with lounge furniture, table and umbrella (just don't forget the sunblock!). Kitchen is fully equipped for you to feel like home from home, and rustle up a quick and easy meal for when you don't feel like eating out.

Nice property in good location

My family and I stayed at the villa in Aug 2009. The villa was well appointed and as described in the advert. Directions to the villa were easy to follow and full information provided by the owner in advance for entry to the villa which was excellent. The villa was very clean and the pool area well maintained. We had a minor problem with some ants in the third bedroom and the air conditioning wasn't functioning correctly when we arrived. However, the management company were easy to contact and very responsive and resolved both issues satisfactorily.
The villa is in a quiet residential area of Kissimmee which is about a 20 minute drive from International Drive and Universal. There is a large Walmart literally 2 minutes drive away which is excellent and there are pleny of places to eat in the Kissimmee area. Overall, I would be happy to recommend this accommodation.

The house was very clean and well maintained and the pool was fantastic. This was our first time renting a villa and you made the experience truly worry free and effortless. The villa was perfect for our holiday. Its location is ideal - being very close to all of the theme parks in Orlando, especially Disney, and not so far from the airport after a longhaul flight. There are restaurants a short drive away and a 24 hour supermarket just a few minutes away. The villa was very clean and very comfortable and equipped to a high standard with everything you need for a family holiday. The local managing agent was helpful and on hand when needed. So - highly recommended!
