Our Maui home is a two bedroom, two and half bath oceanfront corner unit, located only 75 feet from the ocean. The 42 foot wrap-around lanai provides sweeping panoramic views south to the Kaanapali Beach Resort and north to Pineapple Hill at Kapalua. The 10th floor location is ideal for watching sunsets, dolphins, sea turtles, monk seals, cruise ships and other vessels, surfers, kite boarders, wind surfers, snorkelers, and, of course, Hawaii's most famous winter visitors, the Humpback Whales. Remember to bring binoculars.
Two separate bedroom suites provide quiet privacy for a family or two couples. The master suite has such features as a new pillow top mattress on the king-sized bed and a separate sliding door to the lanai- perfect for those wishing to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf. Each bathroom, including the powder room adjacent to the foyer, has been completely remodeled with granite counters, tile and glass showers, and tile floors.
The Royal Kahana Resort provides the perfect setting for a wonderful, relaxing vacation with its heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, gas BBQ's, cabana which may be reserved for private parties, fitness center, and sandy beach right at its doorstep. A full-service activity center with highly experienced personnel is conveniently located in the lobby to assist with planning and booking all of your vacation excursions on Maui and the neighboring islands. A most exciting addition to the Royal Kahana is a poolside snack shop where one can find full breakfasts and lunches plus smoothies, lattes, pastries, and the ever-popular shave ice.
The Royal Kahana is conveniently located minutes from the shops, restaurants, and world-renowned golf courses of Kaanapali and Kapalua. A short block from the condo is Kahana Gateway with additional shops and restaurants, including Black Angus Steakhouse and Maui Brewing Co. Three full-service grocery stores are also conveniently located nearby.
