Valle Verde is a two bedroom villa set in a peaceful location overlooking the vineyards and mountains. The large pool and sun terrace make this the ideal location for summer holiday rentals, and with central heating a long winter break is just the thing to escape the northern winters. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed with en-suite bathroom and a further twin bedded room with en-suite shower room. The well fitted kitchen has all mod cons including a washing machine and dishwasher. Sat. TV and a DVD player for your entertainment are in the cosy farmhouse style lounge which opens onto the conservatory where you can dine or relax taking in the superb view.

The villa is situated just outside the village of Benitachell, which is mid way between the seaside towns of Javea and Moraira. Both these resorts have magnificent sandy beaches with water sports facilities, shops, restaurants of all nationalities, bars and discos and are only a 10 minute drive from the villa. The village of Benitachell also has a few bars and restaurants and two supermarkets. The rocky cove 'Moraig' is also in Benitachell and has a pebble beach with towering cliffs and crystal blue water. This beach has two bar restaurants and a section for naturists. A half hour drive inland takes you to breathtaking mountain scenery, water falls and quaint Spanish villages. Our own restaurant / bar called The Country Life Restaurant is a short walk from the villa where we are always on hand to help sort out any problems you may have.

This Villa was recommended to us by close personal friends who have been staying there for many years and we were so pleased that they did

We spent a week in this Villa in May last year and had a wonderful time

The Villa is situated in a very picturesque area and very peaceful with wonderful Views across Neighbouring Vineyards

The Villa is well Furnished and has everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing Holiday, a good size pristine Swimming Pool which is very Private and not overlooked

It is in a very quiet Countryside location and that suited us just fine however many places of interest and Natural beauty are just a short drive away

The owners Eric and Carol live a short distance away and are always on hand to help and answer any queries

They also own and operate The Country Life Restaurant which is highly recommended for excellent quality and good value Food is very short walk from the Villa

While we were there we took the opportunity to have a look at their other Villa Casa Samantha which is smaller but also has its own Pool and still has ample space to accommodate 4 People

We would have no hesitation in recommending both Villa’s

Comfortable house an a beautifull spot

We spend a wonderfull week in October 2009th in Valle Verde. The house is very comfortable and cozy with a magnificient view over the valley. We had twice dinner at the countrylife restaurant and it was very good. We can recommend the house to people who are looking for a quiet spot and though not far from the touristic attractions.
We will come back again. Carol and Eric, thank you very much.
