Extended decking makes a more spacious area and superb views overlooking the 17th fairway of the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf& Country Club, which now has 24hr SECURITY. Mature plants around this villa for extra privacy and the sweet smell of Jasmine as you approach the front door makes this villa and all the extras it offers you for your comfort very special. Fantastic Villa

Our first time in the villa and definitely not our last.

There was everything (and more) you could want. -Beautiful and spacious bedrooms and living areas. Excellently equipped kitchen. Three fantastic bathrooms with huge amount of soft towels. Enjoyable games room. Useful washing machine and tumble dryer.

The pool and patio area are gorgeous and the hot tub was luxurious and relaxing.

Good view of the golf course which my husband used and said was excellent. Easy to arrange a game with others via the clubhouse.

The owners were a delight to communicate with and the management team were very helpful,friendly and efficient.

We ate in Manny's Chop house (very close by) about 6 times and couldn't fault it. Exceptionally reasonable and delicious food and service fantastic.

Massive 24 hr Walmart on your doorstep along with pharmacies, restaurants and other shops very nearby too.

Disney and Universal parks are about 30mins drive away and the roads are so easy it didn't feel that far at all.

Southern Dunes is a 24hr security manned, gated community which felt very safe.

We would highly recommend the villa and hope to use it again in the future.

We have just returned from this immaculately presented villa (August 2009). The owners have thought of absolutely everything to ensure guests have a relaxing stay; comfortable large bedrooms; a fully loaded kitchen; good sized TV with cable; internet access; everywhere spotlessly clean. The management company easily accessible and helpful. Would recommend to friends and families. Hot-tub a delight after time at the parks - sunshine all day on the pool area. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough - a fantastic holiday in a comfortable, charming location. People choosing to stay in this lovely villa simply must visit Mannys Chop House (5 minutes away) - great ambience and food. 24 hr Walmart a minutes drive away to stock up the huge fridge/freezer! A delightful 'home from home' and the owners are a pleasure to deal with. Book and enjoy!
