SPACIOUS DETACHED VILLA, PRIVATE HEATED POOL, AIR CON AND SEA VIEWS

We stayed for two weeks in late August and could not have been happier. The villa is one of the best we have ever rented (of the standard you often find in Florida but rarely in Europe). The pool is a delight and not overlooked, set in large gardens which means neighbours are set back.
We have two teenage boys who both surfed the web from their laptops - easy to connect and fast (a must for teenagers these days). The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. The pool can be heated for an additional charge but that depends on your preference. Plenty of chairs and sunbeds and space to lose yourself in a book or an iPod selection. The bathrooms are large, beautifully clean and have that new feel.
Linda was a delight to communicate with beforehand and called to ensure we were happy whilst there. The management company also dropped by to check we were OK and recommended restaurants etc.
You need to drive to central Carveiro as its a fair walk but there's a good choice of eating places within walking distance. Julios is not cheap but excellent quality and ambience. There's also more rustic / traditional places, a couple of pizza houses and family restaurants.
A large supermarket is a 5 min drive if you want to stock up.
Recommended for families and anyone wanting either a completing relaxing holiday (we loved the place so much we all kept voting for 'lazy days' doing nothing!) or to visit and explore. A wonderful rental which we have already booked for next year - can't say better than that.

My husband and my 5 year old daughter have just come back from a week at Casa Linda. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recomment it. The property was lovely, very spacious and well equipped with everything you need.

The pool was great, we could not get out 5 year old out of it all week. We did not pay the extra to have it heated which was fine (just about) at that time of year. We also did not pay for the air conditioning and we had around 30 degree heat and we found it fine, the property is quite cool inside.

The number of outside sitting/eating areas is fantastic, a really well designed villa. Location was good, definitely need a car though. The carport at the side of the property was a god send in the heat.

Overall extremely impressed and would recomment to anyone for a relaxing holiday.

Sorry our review is so late in coming. We experienced a fantastic family holiday in your villa. Linda was super efficient in every detail. We decided to take up Linda's suggestion of taxi transfers and a car delivered to us at the villa. This worked perfectly for us travelling with three children and Linda and Frank worked very hard to make it all happen for us. The villa is wonderful, spacious and very clean. It has such a homely feel and we were all able to relax straight away. The photographs do not really do the place justice, the living space and the bedrooms are perfectly placed and really comfortable. We actually had some late morning starts and a bit of peace from the children. The children loved the pool area and the pool heating worked perefctly for us as it was early in the year. We all love the area as it is has beautiful beaches, a range of lovely restaurants and is very quiet and relaxing. We would recommend your villa to our family and friends and we are hoping to return very soon to Caroeiro and to your villa.
