Ideally located in peaceful Windermere, our beautifully maintained fully air-conditioned 2 story house offers luxury family accommodation with master suite downstairs and three double rooms upstairs. You are welcomed by a large lounge and dining area which leads to an open plan family room, kitchen and breakfast room. Attached is a substantial enclosed swimming pool with a terrace area for sunbathing (not overlooked). The property is located in a gated community on a premium plot with a lake to the side and woods at the rear of the house. Few properties offer privacy, comfort and accessibility in equal measure. Free WiFi and cable television is also available.

Tourist Attractions: Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Epcot, Wet n Wild, Sea World, International Drive and Kissimmee are all within 15 min of the house.

Leisure Activities: Golf courses, a water ski park, an equestrian centre, shopping malls, restaurants are all conveniently located so as to be easily accessible but adequately distanced so as not to intrude upon your holiday.

  • This is a private family 'second' home which is regularly used by the owners. It is maintained in excellent condition.

    A 30% rental deposit plus security/damages deposit of £200/$300 is required at time of booking. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.

    Pool heating: $20 / £14 per night

    Pool heating by propane gas: This can be purchased in advance for $440. Tank will be filled with refund based on usage.

    Payment is via bank transfer or cheque. Credit card +5%

    Cleaning before and after your stay is included in rental fee however additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.

    A contract is provided which outlines owner and renter obligations.
