Absolutely fantastic location!

The studio in Paris was perfect for us, so close to the Eiffel Tower and an easy walk to the Champs Élysées and even the Louvre if you are feeling energetic! There is also a metro/RER stop very close by from which we were able to directly travel to Versailles and throughout Paris. Everything in the flat is nice and modern, I loved the nespresso machine and the cute red fridge! We were able to cook meals easily and there were a lot of supermarkets in close range, along with cafes, restaurants and shops. The area seemed really safe and we were happy wandering through the streets after our late night visits to the Eiffel Tower.

Stephane was really accommodating even though I kept changing our arrival and leaving times! He was available to answer any questions as well if we needed. He has provided a lot of brochures and books in the apartment so that you can find all the information you need about Paris attractions.

Perfect little place in the heart of Paris

This was a fantastic little apartment to stay in during our time in Paris, we couldn't have asked for more! The location is amazing, allowing you to easily walk to all of the main attractions in the city. There is something about stepping out onto the street in front of your apartment and walking 50 meters to the left and seeing the Eiffel Tower rising above everything to truly make you realize you are on vacation in Paris. We particularly enjoyed the use of the washing machine and espresso maker while we were there :) Stephane and his girlfriend Andrea are both very helpful and make you feel very comfortable about your choice of accomodations from the very start. We gladly recommend staying here to anyone considering it, you will love it! Thanks Stephane ^^

Perfect Studio Apartment for the Paris Experience

I booked the studio apartment for my daughter and I to spend her 10th birthday in Paris. It was well appointed and very clean and tidy. The apartment is in a fabulous location about 15 minutes walk from Invalides train station and 15 minutes from the Tour Eiffel. There are several markets, pharmacies and patisseries within easy walking distance. I was even thrilled to find a Starbucks so near by! The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. It took us much longer to get to the apartment from the airport than I expected, but he was there waiting to greet us. I highly recommend this studio for a two-person Paris city stay.

Amazing stay in Paris!

My friend and I stayed at this apartment for 5 days in June. We had an incredible time! The apartment has the best location. We were right next to several grocery stores and brasseries. We could pick up food and walk 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower! The metro is also very close, so we could get anywhere in Paris very quickly. The area near the apartment is very safe and we had no problems walking around at night. The room itself is so cute. We loved eating breakfast in the courtyard right outside. The manager, Stéphane was very professional, punctual, and helpful. We recommend this apartment to anyone! Paris is such an amazing, beautiful city and this apartment let us explore it all.

Enchantment in the heart of Paris

We were delighted with this beautifully located, smartly appointed studio apartment in a quiet courtyard in the heart of Paris. We found ourselves on the lively and interesting bustle of the rue St. Dominique with its bakeries and cafés, steps away from the wonderful rue Cler market, in easy proximity to the Seine, la Musée d'Orsay, the Louvre, etc.
A thousand thanks to Stéphane, the unfailingly kind and helpful owner. C'est un home très sympa.... To him we owe much pleasure in our Paris vacation.
