Air conditioning and central heating. 2 kitchens and utility rooms, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms 300m terrace with many sun beds and furniture, cozy place and paella Tranpoline stone barbecue, table tennis, jus de boul and many board games in the house. . Fully furnished, everything is present only your swimwear and sunscreen needs you! Near the beach Benicarló - Peniscola - Peniscola and shopping centers and many other activities, bowling, karting, quad biking div. Restaurants delicious tapas bars. The villa is decorated with a nice angle lounch a 20m long living room with ease joint where you can eat indoors or outside under a nice canopy. 3/4 Balcony around the house looking towards the south, on the east side of the house to see the sea.
