Hello Nathasha,
Your apartment is very beautiful and very functional. It is really very pleasant for a stay of holidays.
It is also very well situated at 15 minutes by foot of the centre of the town and near the supermarkets. We can also leave the car and travel by the tram to go in the town , which is very appreciable. I recommend the apartment which is furnished and arranged very well , and which is roomy.
The only small point which would be to improve, it is the kitchen or it would be good to add curtains, for opposite.
I was also disappointed by the reception of Karlo which was very “expeditious” when we arrived, the more so as we did not have the code to have the keys. It is well damage.

I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay in our apartment and all of the features it had to offer.
I am aware that there was some miscommunication at the time of your arrival, and that the mail with the safe code was apparently not received, so unfortunately, you could not make use of the key storage facility.
Karlo, who at the time was assisting us with a heavy load of the full season, being new in that role, may have regrettably left the impression as you describe above, but be assured that you had been indeed a very welcome guest, and that we very much appreciated your visit.
