3 Bedroomed House,sleeps 6 - 12,

Gite de Lauriere offers 3 bedrooms, 1 king-size, 2 double (or one double and 1 twin). All of our bedrooms are en-suite, with a fourth bathroom on the ground floor. Further sleeping arrangements are made on the large mezzanine by way of a double sofa bed and 2 single camp beds, plus a ground floor twin bedroom. A travel cot is provided. A large fully equipped farmhouse kitchen, dining room with seating for 12, a super size lounge with log burning fire, bar area with fridge, TV/DVD and comfortable seating.

A large games room with full size table tennis and dart board.

A selection of bicycles (3 children and 2 adult) to explore the countryside.

Outside we have a secure fenced and gated large courtyard, a mixture of lawn and pebbles, with outdoor dining tables, sun-loungers and a BBQ. A large paddling/dip pool is available for summer months..To the side of the house across a small lane we have a grassed recreation area.

Garage facilities for motorcycles if required.

Well behaved pets welcome.

Open all year, Gite de Lauriere is ideal for large families, or groups of friends holidaying together.

A perfect venue for your Birthday/Christmas/New Years Eve celebrations and meetings and an ideal base if you are house-hunting.

Prices are based on 8 people, we can accommodate a further 4 people using sofa/camp-beds. These are charged at an extra 25€ per person per week.

For up to 4 people, we also offer Les Volets Blancs.

We are just a few kilometres from the small market town of Lauriere where you will find a mini-market, bank with ATM, chemist, bakery, butchers and cafe/ bar.

Located just 35-40 minutes away are the premier golf courses of Limoges.

Les Volets Blancs is a 2 Bedroomed gite attached to the main house, with its own separate access to the rear of the property and has a secure child/pet gate. The bedrooms are 1 double and 1 twin. A travel cot and high chair are provided if required. Well equipped kitchen and dining facilities for 4 people. Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Outside there is a large garden with outdoor furniture, sunbeds, BBQ and a large paddling/dip pool . A selection of bicycles are available (2 adult and 3 childrens) To the side of the house is a large grassed recreation area.

We are located in the midst of rolling French countryside, surrounded by forests and just a few minutes from the village of Lauriere in the Monts de Ambazac area of Haute Vienne.

Within easy driving distances to the city of Limoges, famous for its beautiful porcelain and the lakes of Vassiviere, St. Pardoux and our local Lac du Pont A L'Age, all with a variety of water sport activities.

The fishing lake at St Sulpice is also only a few minutes away, with large parkland including an adventure playground.

Also close is the unmissable historic village of Oradour Sur Glane with it's visitor centre and museum.

Aubusson with it's tapestries, Bourganeufs stunning château and at Chalus you have the fairy tale castle of Montbron, home of Richard the Lionheart.

Prefered change over day is Saturday, but we can be flexible to suit your travel arrangements subject to availability.

Arrival time of around 4pm and departure time of around 11am to allow for cleaning of accommodation, we are flexible on these times depending on availability, please ask.

Our Weekend days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Our bank details for payments will be e-mailed by request.

We do not have a breakages deposit, but ask you to inform us of any damage/breakages.
