Hello, Welcome to Vienna,

Our apartment is located in the city centre, in a top position, in the first district of Vienna.

The house was built in 1902 and rebuilt after the war.

The apartment is on the second floor (lift) and has the flair of a Viennese old building with a ceiling height of 3.30m. We have recently completely renovated and tastefully furnished. Two entrances provide different impressions. The main entrance at the “Passauer Platz” is located in close proximity to the church of “Maria am Gestade” and from the entrance “Salzgries” you can enjoy the view of historic Baroque buildings. Numerous shops for food, pharmacy, hairdressers, cafes and restaurants are in close proximity.

Overview: The apartment is located in the 1st district in the city centre about 5 minutes walk from Stephansdom. Near the High market with the Anker Clock.

Fabulous Apartment

We loved this apartment. It combined the old world charm and the state of the art kitchen and bathroom. It was very clean and well maintained, however, there was some construction due to a much needed elevator being installed. We walked up four flights of steps but it was well worth it. Because we took some tours, as well as did our own tours on public transportation, the tram was just a few blocks away that took us to the underground. We used Royal Tours for a day trip to Budapest and they picked us up at the apartment and we used Vienna Sightseeing for several other tours and met them at an accessible place at one of the underground stops. We loved the public transportation system in Vienna. It's so easy and inexpensive. Much better bargain to buy the multiple day passes. There were several supermarkets and small stores in close proximity, as well as an ATM. We were able to look out of our kitchen window to the Hunterwasser Museum which is very interesting and on the Hop on Hop off bus route. The communication with the apartment representative was easy and they was most helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

Absolutely fantastic. Perfect !!!!

If you want to stay in central Vienna but still have some peace and quiet, this apartment is perfect. Sahin is a gracious host and a true gentleman. He did whatever he could to make my stay a memorable one. I originally booked for 4 days but after falling in love with Vienna and the location and comfort of the apartment, I was luckily able to extend my stay a further 3 days.
Everything I wanted to see in Vienna was in easy walking distance. There is a super market right across the street and a multitude of restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
The apartment itself has everything you could need. As soon as you walk in it is evident that Sahin takes great pride in presenting the apartment in pristine condition. It really was super clean.
St Stephens, Hoffburg, State Opera House and fantastic shopping are all close by.
I will definitely return to Vienna and I will not consider staying anywhere else.

Tops in my book

I need a quiet street with easy proximity to the sights. This place is ideally suited for anyone who craves a spacious environment in a great location. Beautifully designed and very comfortable. Fortunately, the church bells do not ring overnight. My only advice is to bring your own washing machine detergent. The lack of a dryer was no problem because I set up the laundry on a drying rack (provided by the apartment) and let the fan blow on it...dry in a matter of hours. It is just across the street from a great food store with fabulous prices...it is called Hofer. Most importantly, the gentleman taking care of the apartment was most communicative, cooperative and informative....a delight. I will definitely return to this little gem when I go back to Vienna
