Chalet sleeps 8 by the sea A/C

This newly refurbished chalet and grounds is 380 m². Amble space for 8 people. Consists of entry via private gate and mature gardens with trees and bushes there is a lovely covered terrace with table and chairs for 8, relaxing and alfresco dining, BBQ. Entrance hall leads off to the lounge / dining area with TV, satellite,DVD & WiFi available and access to the terrace by the large patio doors with air conditioning, for the colder months there is also an open fire in the lounge area. A well equipped Kitchen with all electrical appliance, dispensary, table and chairs, outside utility area with washing machine and sink. Ground floor also has 2 twin bedrooms A/C, one with en-suite and one double bedroom A/C. Family bathroom can also be found on the ground floor. Second floor consists of a large double bedroom with air conditioning & en-suite. Patio doors leading to the large private open terrace area with loungers. There is street parking or parking on the private driveway behind the property.

Amenities: Beach on your door step! No need for a car. Car free zone for walkers by the sea. Local shops, restaurants, chemists, banks, supermarkets, museum and hospital can be found within less than a mile from the villa. bus service nearby linking you to the old town of Alcudia, Pollensa or the port of Pollensa. Train station approx 20 min drive away. Close to motorway access. Nearby there is a Indoor gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, tennis, paddle courts, all within a short walk away also shows/discos. Local Activities: Bicycle hire, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, wind-surfing. One of the biggest / fastest go-carting tracks can be found in C'an Picafort.

If you cant sit still then this is the place for you as there are lots of things to do. If you like to relax and just enjoy the sun / shade then this is also a great place to be. Suitable for all the family.

Waling / Trekking / Cycling: Walking/Trekking the north of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is prime walking country. Why not visit Mallorca in autumn and spring when the weather is cooler, and ideal for both walking and cycling. Why not walk or cycle around the S'Albufera Nature Park (Alcudia), it is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearics. The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which has converted into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds and is home to considerable wildlife. Cycling in Mallorca is now very popular with people visiting all through the year. Do not forget the Iron Man event that takes place every year and right outside this apartment.

Golf: Alcudia is the main centre for cycling, attracting thousands of cyclists to its bicycle friendly roads with its spectacular scenery. Even the casual cyclist can rent a bike here and enjoy many hours cycling along the specially designated cycle tracks which lie next to many major roads.

Alcanada (Alcudia) is a championship standard 18 hole golf course, with stunning sea views from almost every fairway and is approx 5 min drive away. Not to be left out, non-players can enjoy a sumptuous lunch from the clubhouse terrace. Pollensa Golf Club is approx a 15 min drive away. There are Golf courses in and around the Arta area which is a 20minute drive in the height of the season or the apartment is close enough for the other courses in the south of the island, with the motorway being extended to Alcudia it is only a 35 min drive to the centre of Palma.

The Port of Alcudia is the largest sandiest beach on the Island and it is right on your doorstep. It has every water sport imaginable along with a water park not far away. Alcudia lies in the north of Mallorca some 60 km from Palma. It is a very friendly, family resort with glorious beaches and a good selection of bars and restaurants which attract visitors from all over Europe as well as many Spanish tourists. It is certainly one of the island's most cosmopolitan resorts.The Alcudia port area is the most attractive area of the resort for nightlife. It is centred on the Passeig Maritim which is the walkway running parallel to the port. A short walk or bus ride away is the old town of Alcudia. The old town is approximately 1 miles away and was the capital of Mallorca in Roman times, although originally dating back even further to the Phoenician and Greek times. A new city was built on the Roman site by the Moors, the medieval walls and gates being added after the Spanish conquest.

Great holiday

It was a really nice stay in a great chalet with every comfort, especially the terrace and roof terrace invite for cosy barbecues.
The beautiful platja is only 100m and the harbour with it´s bars and restaurants is a nice footwalk from about 20min away. See you next time!

Debra met us after we drove the 40 minutes across the island from Palma, and we found a spacious, spotless and comfortable sunny vacation chalet with full amenities that provided a wonderful winter retreat in Mallorca. True it is off-season and most of this part of the island is shuttered, but we had no problem walking to sparkling, nearby restaurants, visiting public markets and exploring rustic, charming villages and sites. As we sadly departed after an enjoyable stay, we pledged to return to the Chalet as soon as it was possible.

We give you with pleasure our comments to the area and the Chalet Sa Marina.

The chalet is located in a area with several other private chalets.
The distance to the beach is circa 150 m.
In short distance easy to reach several Supermarkets and Restaurants.
To the port of Alcudia you have a nice walk over the promenade beside the seaside and you reach a lot of restaurants and shops.
The historical city of Alcudia with nice restaurants too and a lot of small shops.

All rooms of the chalet are well designed an spacious.
The chalet has a big living room with a fireplace, a big table for eight persons, a lounge area for three persons, television with all Spanish, English, German programmes with excellent television reception and a broadcasting.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, store cupboard and dishes for eight persons.
Three sleeping rooms on the ground floor are all with two beds with comfortable mattresses. One sleeping room has a separate bathroom. A another bathroom is between the both bedrooms and also convenient to use.
The fourth very big bedroom is located on the first floor with a separate bathroom and a terrace with two sunloungers.
A bed for a little child and a baby chair is available too.
All rooms are equipped with air-condition.
Outside a separate room with a washing machine and a further separate shower.
A separate car place which has a own gate has place for two cars.
In front of the house it has a great terrace with a additional table for eight persons which is the whole day in a half under shadow. So it is possible to use the terrace all the time.
A high quality gas barbeque.
In all the chalet is perfect to enjoy your holydays. And with eight persons you will have enough place.
We would recommend it every time to everyone.

We stayed for a week at the chalet and had the most wonderful vacation.
The spacious chalet offers everything you need and a lot more, such as a gas barbecue, sun beds, a washing machine, private driveway for parking the car etc. The location is perfect with only approx. 50 meters to the white sandy beach of Alcúdia. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with many locals, yet you have easy access to supermarkets, shops and entertainment. The owner / contact person was very pleasant and concerned with accommodating our needs. We will be back and would definitely recommend it to others.
