Perfect winter house. Recently renovated. Stunning sanctuary back area. Two large fireplaces. Lovely to sit in front of and read a good book. The house is perched on a a hill in East Hampton, with convenient access to East Hampton Village, the ocean and bay beaches. The garden, lawn, pool, and decks are surrounded by a park-like setting and provide a joyful getaway with immense privacy. There are high ceilings and an open kitchen, the living and dining rooms feature 6 skylights and beautiful views of the outdoors. The gourmet eat-in kitchen is equipped with a 6 burner Viking stove, Viking dishwasher, Northland refrigerator, and a truly stunning stone fireplace. Since the house is chef owned there is everything you could ever need to cook for your self or for friends.

Lovely respite

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Spacious kitchen, great room, comfortable seating, comfortable beds, everything was spotless. Plenty of towels, pillows, bedding. Well equipped kitchen with high quality pans, knives etc. Just a note that there is no microwave in the home which I think would be helpful for vacationers, especially when reheating leftovers from all the great restaurants in the area. The pool was a lovely respite and we got plenty of use out of it. The outside area is just as comfortable and welcoming as the inside, with lovely landscaping, a nice vine covered outside eating area and grill. A covered, screened in area in the front of the house was great on one rainy morning. We were delighted to see deer, bunnies and flocks of turkeys munching around the area. Property is less than 10 minutes from E. Hampton.

Idyllic week

We had an amazing week at Vicki’s house which was perfect for my friend, my 5 yo twin boys and myself. The immaculate rooms are perfectly appointed with a overall beach feel all over the house. The kitchen is equipped to perfection, the pool area and the entire landscaping around the house are nothing short of amazing and well maintained and the comfy den was a nice alternative to the the various outdoor sections at night. Absolutely no problem during our stay and Vicki demonstrated immediate feedback when we needed some guidance. A perfect week vacation at a perfect spot located exactly halfway from Sag Harbor and East Hampton beaches (10 min drive). We can’t wait to spend more time at this remarkable house and create more memories

Great Vacation

Our stay / host could not have gone better. The house is actually better than it looks in the pictures, and Vicki was awesome. Highly recommend - enjoy!

Great Summer Vacation in the Hamptons

Had a great week in the Hamptons. Pool, porch and kitchen were all incredible. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Very close to East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Amaganset as well as the beaches, while also secluded away from the noise and traffic. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
