Situated in the old town centre in a higher ground floor of a 1930th building, with a 3.5m. height ceiling and a magnificent view over the city, this apartment is ideal for those seeking for an experience of a typical Lisbon neighbourhood.

The apartment consists of a series of interconnected rooms that compose an open space: studio (with sofa bed), living room, dining area, kitchen and glassed balcony; also offers a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with tub / shower.

Lisbon Art apartment is ready for the use of 4 people + 1 child, has fully equipped kitchen, LCD's in the living room and bedroom, cable TV, wireless internet and two closets.

This apartment use to be where I live when I was studing architecture. After this, the apartment was my architecture studio. Now I share it with people that want to meet Lisbon just as it is. In the neighborhood of Graça you can have the real feeling of Lisbon, not only because of the place it self but also because of the people.

What makes this apartment unique

Taste of Lisbon in Graça: views, local attractions, people and walking distance to main attractions of Lisbon. If you come with children and want to have a break in Lisbon there is a friendly neighbour (M. Inês) that can take care of them just as she does with her grand children.

Situated in the old town centre in the quiet area of 'Graça', it´s just 150 meters from the 'Senhora do Monte' (city´s highest Belverdere), 300m from the tram stop (famous 'Electrico 28') which provides a historical walk through the hills of Lisbon and 400m from the subway station. The popular neighbourhood of 'Graça' is two steps from the famous market 'Feira da Ladra', the 'São Jorge' Castle, the Monastery of 'São Vincente' and the 'Baixa Pombalina'. 'Graça' is known for its people, by the succession of viewpoints over the city and river, terraces, narrow streets, stairs, shops, traditional restaurants and 'Fado' houses ... If you prefer the comfort of the apartment you will find the 'Forno do Tijolo' market 's within 200m to prepare meals with fresh products from the region.

L'appartement est idéalement situé près du Castelo Sao Jorge dans un quartier populaire animé par ses commerces de proximité mais la rue est très calme. La vue sur la ville et le fleuve, depuis l'appartement, est superbe. La décoration est originale et l'aménagement confortable.
Nous nous sommes sentis très rapidement à l'aise.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire qui nous a donné des adresses de lieux qu'il aime fréquenter.
Je recommande cet appartement qui est un havre de paix pour l'esprit et pour les yeux.

Sad to be leaving

This apartment was in a great location easy walking distance downhill from Tram 28 Graca stop. Surprisingly modern interiors beautifully appointed with bespoke pieces and a comfy lounge. The airy bathroom was an absolute delight with stunning views yet private. The glassed sunroom was a lovely breakfast spot and especially helpful for drying our laundry. The apartment was a lovely respite from busy Lisbon. Our experience of the large apartment was nothing but good value.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement , son espace, le goût dans chaque détail de la décoration, le silence, la vue splendide, et les petites habitudes du quartier....et nous vous remercions encore pour tous les bons conseils et pour le taxi ce matin. Nous avons particulièrement aimé notre repas au "Punto Final". Lisbonne est une très belle ville et nous avons l'intention d'y revenir plus longtemps, et de prendre le temps de connaître le reste du Portugal! Merci encore et meilleur souvenir!
