We are a team of three people, the goalkeeper - Jorge_ maintaining the apartment with dedication

Mary - dedicates a minimum of five hours, at each change of customer, cleaning, ordering, and leaving the apartment to taste of the most demanding client

Both are persons of total confidence

The apartment is decorated by my pictures, I like to cook, therefore in the kitchen I have the furniture necessary to be able to cook and invite my friends

I have many hobbies: Englishman to study, to travel, to do (paint), to do yoga and pilates, hiking, to dance, to read, to travel and to meet the friends.

The sea is in the calmness due to the natural bar.

There is an avenue to walk of 3 kilometres and a half of length

The best of Las Palmas

We were met as the airport by the apartment concierge Gorge who transported us to the apartment for only 28€, he also drove us back to the airport at the end of our stay! lovely Cuban guy we even met his wife. Great place to stay when visiting Las Palmas, beautiful beachfront location close to a variety of eateries and cafés
The apartment itself is tasteful and very well equipped and Christina,s artistic flair is there to be seen.
For me there is no better place in Las Palmas.

Nice apartment in an ideal location

A very well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment with a view over the promenade, beach and bay from the balcony and lounge. The view is wonderful during the day and spectacular at night with the twinkling lights around the shoreline.

The apartment is on the first floor. There is a lift if required.

Jorge, the concierge, was very welcoming and helpful. Prior to our visit, Cristina, the owner, provided all the information asked for without delay and in a friendly and courteous manner.

The location is ideal for the beach and many restaurants and also for the excellent shopping. They even have a Marks and Spencers.

You don't really need a car. We had a hire car and there is a safe and cheap multi-storey car park nearby that Cristina and Jorge arranged.

There are no negatives to this property only positives. We highly recommend it.

Top apartment at best location

The apartment is situated on absolute top location, a stone's throw from the sea and with all sorts of equipment that makes the accommodation as comfortable as at home. The decor is fresh and appealing with a modern kitchen and comfortable living room with a generous sofa which is the natural choice after dinner. WiFi is a great asset and a large modern multi-channel TV with hdmi connector opens up many possibilities. Jorge and his wife are two important people who are always on hand, open and freindly and helps with most issues. Me and my wife have stayed here several times and the only thing we can complain about is when we have to leave for home. We strongly recommend Cristinas apartment. Klas and Anki

Wonderfull time

We had a wonderfull week in this great Location. It was a good relief to the gray and cold weather in Germany and we really enjoyed our stay there. Christina and Jorge are very kind and organized very much for us. over the supplied cold beer and water we were very happy after a strenuous travel. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated with Christina's art. we felt welcome and we felt like at home. We would love to go back anytime. thanks a lot Christina and Jorge!!

A perfect place for Christmas

We have passed a fine Christmas 2012 in Las Palmas, we know Las Palmas and Gran Canarias because it was the eleventh time we went here, but it was the first time in an apartment. Everything was perfect as we like to see it, really clean and with water and beer in the refrigerator, and when we need to fill it up the Hiper Dino supermarket is only 3 minutes away. The only missing thing was network cable or a Wi-Fi to the superb Samsung smart TV. It is a perfect place for a walk on Playa de Las Canteras.
