This apartment is my second house; I enjoy it only two months a year.

The functioning and the quality of the domestic appliances are of high quality.

We are a team of three people, the goalkeeper - Jorge_ maintaining the apartment with dedication

Mary - dedicates a minimum of five hours, at each change of customer, cleaning, ordering, and leaving the apartment to taste of the most demanding client

Both are persons of total confidence

The apartment is decorated by my pictures, I like to cook, therefore in the kitchen I have the furniture necessary to be able to cook and invite my friends

I have many hobbies: Englishman to study, to travel, to do (paint), to do yoga and pilates, hiking, to dance, to read, to travel and to meet the friends.

You can have dinner in the terrace and enjoy wonderful late afternoons

The sea is in the calmness due to the natural bar.

There is an avenue to walk of 3 kilometres and a half of length

You must visit historical and cultural places and the ancient zone of The Palmas

You can go shopping for the best shops of international companies only to 10 minutes walking from the apartment,

You can know the musical, theatrical art and custom folkloric of the Canary Isles as well as gastronomy.

Dear Cristina

looking back on a wonderful week in your apartment I like to send a few grateful words. We were three generations, my mother 81, my daughter 31 and me 56. We therefore had different needs and wanted it all: a pulsating city with its rich cultural options, a clean beach right in front. Furthermore a well equipped apartment with a balcony overlooking promenade and beach in a secure and well managed house. Next it should be calm enough to relax with a glass of wine and guarantee a undisturbed sleep. We got it all and so much more! Surpassing furnished rooms, two bathrooms the dishwasher, the lift to our floor, thousand details which showed the owner really cares for your needs. Once again thank you this is one of the best places we stayed.

In a word 'Perfect'

The apartment is in a wonderful location looking out straight on to the beach with the sun on the balcony from about 4pm onwards. It is extremely well equipped with anything you could possibly want on a holiday. It is on the first floor with the bedrooms at the back so it is very quiet. A great variety of shops and restaurants are close by, what more could you want, we will certainly book again.

Stylish, spacious apartment in ideal location.

The apartment is pretty much perfect. The Lounge area is bright and spacious with quality, comfortable sofas and a large modern TV. It has sliding windows leading out onto a fantastic balcony overlooking the beach - being on the first floor is ideal to sit and watch the world go by.

The lounge leads onto a dining/kitchen area, which is also very stylish, with plenty of storage space and very high quality appliances (induction hob, oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer). Plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.

We stayed as a couple, so only used the main bedroom, which is again spacious and stylish with a large bed, plenty of wardrobe space and another large modern TV mounted on the wall. The en suite shower room is beautiful having a large shower enclosure with a large overhead "drench" style shower head. There is another smaller bedroom (and I think the lounge sofa also transforms into a bed) and there is another shower room of the same high quality as the main one.

There is a really useful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The WiFi if fast and reliable.

The apartment is right next to the promenade and main beach and there are plenty of really good bars and restaurants nearby, but the apartment itself is surprisingly quiet. There is a bus stop about 2 minutes away and it is really easy (and cheap) to get around the city by bus. There is a quieter beach (El Confital) which is 10-15 minutes walk away and the square at Santa Catalina is about 10 minutes walk.

Cristina and Jorge were very helpful and the website description is very accurate. We would be happy to recommend this apartment to anyone and if we get to return to Las Palmas, this will definitely be our first choice.

Great location on the seafront middle of good restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafes. The residence is clean and really well equipped - can't find anything missing. The wifi is high speed, not any problems with it in three weeks - amaising :D. Cristina is keeping contact by email what is nice and Jorge is always available if need something. Also I would recommend to hire Mary to clean some hours if possible, it is nice to come to clean house! :D

Contemporary stylish apartment

This stylish apartment Is in a nice location set back from the promenade and with good views. Balcony looked over the beach and promenade so good to dine there and watch the world go by. Jorge, the concierge was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bedroom with 2nd satellite TV. Free WIFI an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay.

The best of Las Palmas

We were met as the airport by the apartment concierge Gorge who transported us to the apartment for only 28€, he also drove us back to the airport at the end of our stay! lovely Cuban guy we even met his wife. Great place to stay when visiting Las Palmas, beautiful beachfront location close to a variety of eateries and cafés

The apartment itself is tasteful and very well equipped and Christina,s artistic flair is there to be seen.

For me there is no better place in Las Palmas.
