Fantastic Villa - surpassed all expectations

Due to having a relatively large family, we always stay in villas rather than hotels and have stayed in many around the world, including some many times more expensive than this one. We can honestly say that this villa has been the best we have stayed in, in terms of decor, comfort, cleanliness & attention to detail. We really did feel like we were "moving out of our home" rather than leaving a vacation rental at the end of the holiday.
The combination of elegant decor & high level of comfort was just right - with the villa looking classy, but not overwhelming. Highlights include extremely comfortable beds, spacious & comfortable seating areas downstairs, and the loft area with games consoles & big round "cuddle" chairs that the whole family loved.
Watersong is very peaceful and although we did not really use the clubhouse, we did visit to print off boarding passes for our flight home & found the staff to be friendly & helpful. The clubhouse itself looked lovely and the gym seemed excellent. There was a new villa being built while we were there relatively close to where we were staying - but we did not hear any noise at all & only noticed it due to being amazed at how quickly it was going up.
Watersong is about 25 minutes from the main parks with an easy route to the I4.
There is a small shopping centre with Publix supermarket, McDonalds, Papa Johns pizza, barber shop (recommended- got my hair cut there), etc about 5 minutes drive away and a larger Publix, Pizza, chinese etc at Champions Gate about 15/20 minutes away. Pizza from Champions Gate is more expensive - but very very nice. There is a large Walmart about 15 minutes away at Haines City.
Mannys Chop House - our favourite place to eat in Orlando - is only 15 minutes drive away - and is thoroughly recommended - great atmosphere, fantastic ribs/prime rib/steaks - and half the price you will pay to eat at Downtown Disney or International Drive.
Rebecca was a pleasure to deal with & the security deposit was returned promptly.
I would not hesitate in recommending this villa & we would definitely book again if we visit Florida in the future.
