A Modern architect designed open plan Cape Villa in secluded valley beneath Table Mountain in Hout Bay 15 min from Cape Town. Amazing views and peaceful location. Detached private 4 double bedrooms all ensuite with selfcontained studio on the secure Kenrock Country Estate. Expansive lounge with panoramic views, log fires, entertainment flow kitchen to dining area, TV room, generous sundeck and pool. Maintained garden and country walks. 30 min from airport. 20 minutes to Waterfront. 15 min to Constantia Vineyards and Golf Courses.

The house is well equipped to enable you to enjoy your stay including kitchen amenities and large screen TV/DVD blue ray player with sensurround. Broadband fast internet WiFi connection.

Bed linen and towels are provided including sufficient beach towels. The pool and gardens are maintained weekly. A maid service can be arranged at additional cost.

The property is managed by a local team who will greet you and to assist you with your needs.

Local Attractions: Golden Eye is only a short drive along the Atlantic seaboard to the popular beaches of Camp's Bay and Clifton on the way to Cape Town centre and the V&A Waterfront not to mention the Table Mountain Cable Car. The latter is an essential and best to do early morning when the sky is blue. Llandudno Beach is within 5 minutes drive and offers stunning sunsets to be enjoyed with the locals and a cool glass of wine. Constantia offers a wide reange of shopping, good restaurants and the Constantia Vineyard route with excellent food and wine. Stellenbosch and Franschoek are within one hour and whale spotting can be enjoyed in season at nearby Hermanus. The Royal Botanical Gardens at Kirstenbosch are within 15 min. Several wonderful and friendly Golf Courses are within easy reach.

Eating Out: Hout Bay is a working harbour and many restaurants excell at fresh fish caught that day; Chapman's Peak Hotel and Mariner's offer good value meals with wonderful views. Thai, French, Indian, Italian, Japanese food is available in the main village area close the the beach. Dune's is a chillout beach bar overlooking the sea and sand with great mountain and sea views to be enjoyed at sunset. Good food and an an atmosphere not to be forgotten.
