Photos and Description of the Cala n Forcat vacation rental The apt benefits from air conditioning & is within a minutes' walk to the beach.

The apartment is situated within a private complex with attractive landscaped gardens. The balcony at the front overlooks the communal pool with children's section and tennis court. Adjacent to the pool is a communal BBQ and bar area with tables and chairs. There is a utility area outside the apt which has a washing machine and sink with work surfaces. Inside there are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom contains a single bed and bunk bed, this room has beach views from the rear window. The other bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and a door leading to the balcony. The family bathroom consists of bath with shower attachment, toilet, bidet and sink. The bar/style kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven/hob and microwave, which overlooks an open plan living/dining room. There is a tv and dvd player with a selection of films provided. Bed linen, towels and an apartment clean are provided. Parking is available at the front of the complex. The airport is a 40min car/taxi ride away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area of the popular family resort Cala n Forcat. Located within a minutes walk to the nearest beach and 10 mins stroll to the nearest shops/bars and restaurants. There is a water park 15-20 mins walk away, also bike hire is available within the resort.

If you love sea views and appreciate a beach outside the back window then this is a fabulous apartment. Its extremely spacious and well planned. The beds are extremely comfortable and the complex is well looked after and quiet. It also benefits from an english speaking caretaker, very useful when needed.

Very well equipped apartment

Very well equipped and spacious apartment on western tip of island. Great location with views across to Majorca and communal pool from balcony and views of the beach from rear of apartment. Aprox 2 mins walk from Cala'n Forcat with wide selection of bars, restaurants and entertainment. However complex itself where apartment is situated is quiet with beautifully maintained grounds.
On arrival, apartment was clean and beds made up. If staying for a fortnight, we would recommend hiring a car to make it easier to see the island as a lot of the smaller resorts and more secluded beaches would be inaccessible by public transport. Nearby Cituadella is accessible by public transport and is highly recommended.
Owners very friendly and helpful.
