2 bedroom, 2 bathroom very spacious apartments with top quality furnishings

This is a beach front top quality development set in beautiful gardens, with gates giving direct access to the beach. There is a very large swimming pool, with ample sunbeds and paved areas so that you may catch the sun all day long.

The apartments are very spacious, with the largest terraces we have ever seen. You can walk along the beach to several beach restaurants.

All the apartments enjoy luxury quality fittings and spacious light rooms to make the most of the spectacular views.

The kitchens are fitted with German appliances and all marble worktops. Ceramic hob, oven,dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer are all built-in. All apartments have full air conditioning and heat facilities.

The apartments have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with large lounge/diners where you can still enjoy the spectacular views through the patio doors. The quality of furnishings of both of these apartments are exceptional.

Anyone spending their holidays here will be impressed.

Ceramic hob,oven,dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer are all built-in. The spectacular terrace has high quality dining furniture and sunbeds, perfect for the sun soaked days and balmy evenings! There is a BBQ for al-fresco dining. The lounge benefits from high quality furnishings, TV, DVD,full width patio doors so that you can still bask in the incredible views even from inside. The en-suite master bedroom has patio doors giving access to the terrace and full sea views upon waking. there are fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms and the bathrooms are fitted with top of the range ceramics. A truly special apartment.

Super Apartment

This is a fantastic apartment with everything that you need. The pool is great and was not crowded at all. Quite often we were the only people at the pool!
Fantastic sea views (the sea is only 100 metres or so away) and a great view of Gibraltar.
However, be aware there are no restaurants or bars within easy or close walking distance, you will need a car! However, it is circa 10 euros to the local port area by taxi where there are more bars and places to eat than you will need!
We had a really super holiday and would love to come back again.

Wir waren in dieser Wohnung zwei Wochen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kindern). Der Wohnung ist wunderschön, alles ist neu und sehr sauber. Die grosse Terrasse hat uns so viel spass gegeben, haben wir dort jeden Morgen gefrühstückt. Der Blick ist sehr schön, Strand bisschen steinig aber sehr, sehr ruhig..Dort kann man der Urlaub richtig geniessen..Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Located equidistant between Estepona and La Duquesa marinas, just a short drive from the still Spanish town of Estepona. The property is absolute beach front, but the very safe and famous bay of Cristo beach is just a 4minute drive.

The stunning old town area of Marbella, and world famous Puerto Banus are just a 20 minute drive, whilst in the other direction, Gibraltar, famous for its wild apes and not to be missed Dolphin and Whale watching is a 30 minute drive.

Ronda, one of the gems of Andalucia, can be reached by road in 40 minutes, or as a highlight take the train, described by BBC TV as one of the top 5 rail journeys in the world. This travels through spectacular scenery, which can´t be seen by car, and all for just €7.50 each way!

Don´t miss the city of Malaga just 50 minutes drive. Which other city can boast a Picasso Museum, fantastic cathedral, pedestrian shopping area, great beaches and some of the best value beachside restaurants we have ever been to?

Golf: Known as the Costa Del Golf, there are over fifty courses within a thirty minute drive. These include the world renowned - Valderrama and the rising star -Finca Cortesin, home of the Volvo Match Play championship.

Notes A deposit of 150 pounds per week is required to reserve the apartment.
The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of hire.
A security deposit of 350 pounds is due with the balance or you can elect to pay 4 pounds 50 pence per person, accidental insurance cover for up to 100 pounds per person. Please note this does not cover you for willful damage and negligent behaviour.
A 5% discount is applied to stays of 14 nights or more.
A10% discount is applied to stays of 21 nights or more.
Hire commences at 16.00 on day of arrival and finishes at 10.00 on day of departure.
All prices include final clean and a weekly linen and towel change.
WiFi is available at an extra charge of 30 pounds for 1GB
