The 2nd bedroom shares the WC and 2 piece bathroom with a large shower stall. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms access the 2nd balcony with west exposure . The fully equipped kitchen and large Salon/Dining rooms open on to the main south exposure balcony. Along with central air-conditioning the apartment includes electric shutters in all rooms. A charming large tree over hangs the west end of the main balcony enhancing its view of the mountains behind Cannes.
The 2nd balcony includes a view over the Jardin St. Nicolas and elegant period villas.
There is high-speed wireless internet access, free international telephone calling and a collection of DVD movies appropriate for children
The apartment shares the dual basin swimming pool.
-The swimming pool can be directly accessed by means of a ground floor door. The pool area is equipped with lounge chairs
The apartment is located within a 10 minute walk of the beach on the Croisette and the Palais the du Festival / Congress making it idea for business and holiday/vacation
Walking to the Croisette:
-There are 2 well maintained subways 'Passerelles' under the train tracks.
When leaving the appartment just to the left and down rue Dacteur Calmet at rue Mimont
- turn right (west) to take you to the train station and then it's about 8 minutes walk to the Croisette
- turn left (east) to the Cannes Marche'...then it's about 8 minutes walk to the Croisette
An underground enclosed parking garage is included.
Driving to the Croisette:
On exiting the parking garage...follow rue Sergent Bobillot to rue Republique, turn right (south) and follow rue Republique crossing the Voie Rapid to rue Antibes, and then follow any south bound streets to the Croisette

I would highly recommend this property. It is centrally located, making it a short walk to the water as well as providing easy access to the motorway for day trips from Cannes. There is a grocery store in the same block and, for people like me with food allergy issues, a health food store within a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious with well-laid-out cooking, living/dining and sleeping areas as well as two balconies to enjoy the Cote d'Azur weather. The rooms were comfortably furnished, clean and well maintained. The property manager was on site during the days and very helpful in responding to questions and making sure everything was in order.
