Newly renovated villa with stunning sea views and sun

The villa has 2 floors. Ground floor: living room with 1 / 2 beds which, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, pantry. First floor: double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large living room with sofa bed and color TV. The first floor has 2 large terraces develop livable where you can dine overlooking the sea. Mervaiglioso above the villa there is a solarium with views overlooking the sea (indimenticabile!!). The house has 2 private parking spaces and a garden in front. The beaches of Alassio are accessible by car (1 km) or via a long staircase, however, recommended to those who have small children.

From its beautiful terrace / solarium you can enjoy a spectacular view over the Gulf of Alassio and Alassio in total relaxation. The garden will give you cool during the hottest hours. This house is the best solution for large families or groups of friends, perhaps along with their faithful companions to 4 feet. Laigueglia is the typical Ligurian village developed along the sea: his Crose, narrated by famous songwriters and poets, will fascinate you and take you on a journey back in time.
