3 Bedroom townhouse with sea views to both front and rear of property. Set in Costa do Estoril within a short drive to Peniche, Costa de Prata, Leiria area and Lourinha. The property sleeps 8 persons and all bedrooms have en suite facilities, master bedroom with a jet bath. The property benefits from the use of a communal pool, children's pool and tennis courts. The property has three balcony areas with sea views and sea views also to the rear bedroom. The property has its own garage via electric gates. The kitchen area has a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, dish washer and fridge/freezer. The property has a wood burner and gas central heating. The property also benefits from electric shutters. The property is fully furnished with dining tables, sofa, Sky Freeview. The lounge area looks out onto the patio area which benefits the use of tables and chairs and onto the garden area.

The house is located at Costa do Estoril in the Lisbon area with Lourinhã being the closest town. It is also near Costa de Prata in the Leiria area. The town of Peniche is within a short driving distance boasting many shops, a fishing harbour and boat trips to the Berlenga Islands. Caldas da Rainha is a historic market village which is also within a short driving distance. There are numerous nearby Golf Courses and plenty of beaches to choose from. Look out for the wind turbines and working wind mills!

The surrounding tourists points are:

Berlengas, Bom Sucesso, Caldas de Rainha, Foz Do Arelho, Obidos, Peniche, Ericeira, Lourinha and Mafra.

Golf: The nearest 18-hole golf course is Praia d’El Rey built right next to the Atlantic Coast; a Par 72 with 6,467 metres. The nearest 9-hole golf courses are Vimeiro, built on the bank of Alcabrichel River and right next to the sea; and Botado, a good choice for golfers in the centre west coast. It comprises of six lakes and bunkers that run parallel with the beach for 2.5 km.

  • All bedrooms have en suite facilities. Two double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps mirrors in rooms and bedside rugs. Ensuite facilities include heated towel rails, front bedroom overlooking the pool has a jet bath and shower over and rear bedroom has a shower. All bathrooms have bidets. Two main bathrooms have shaver points and lit mirrors. The top floor bedroom has one single bed and a sofa bed. The ensuite facilties include a small bath with shower over and a lit mirror. The top floor bedroom and 1st floor front room have access to their own private balcony areas, fitted with sun loungers or table and chairs. We also have a cot at the property allowing to sleep a baby.

What a stunning place, we loved it here and couldnt have asked for more. The house was very well kept, clean and tidy to the highest standered. The views from all bedrooms were amazing, Our daughter Jordan whos 11 loved the pool even in February, she also loved the top bedroom with her own bathroom. We would totally love to go again for the peace and quiet which we had. Thanks to you again for letting us stay in your lovely home. Ian, Diane and Jordan

The property was immaculate, tastefully furnished and equipped with absolutely everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The pool is fantastic, great for children and adults who wish to have a proper swim. The view over the ocean is stunning and evenings watching the sun set are a must.
The property is located within walking distance of a lifeguarded beach and the town of lourinha is just a five minute drive away where you can source all your provisions. Further afield their is much to explore, including the wonderful island of Belinga, the town of with it's excellent sea food restaurants and the quaint and atmospheric town of obidos.
Without hesitation I would recommend this property as a great base to enjoy the delightful Portuguese coastal area.

Fantastic home in the sun!

We have returned from a fantastic break to Portugal. The property has everything a holiday requires - barely requiring the need to leave! The pool, tennis courts and loungers kept us happy for most of the time! But when we wanted a little more, the beach - stretching as far as the eye can see - was only a 5 to 10 minute walk down a path behind the property. Soft warm golden sand, blue sea and a small bar to keep thirsts quenched. Perfect.

Everything is within a short distance from the property. Supermarket, amenities store, restaurants, beaches, and yet the property itself is situated in a quieter area to allow for some more relaxed time too.

The sunsets in the evening were a real perk. Sitting on the grassy bank in the garden area of the property, the oranges, red and blues light up the sky over the sea.

The property itself is extremely comfortable, with modern and clean furnishings (particularly a fan of the jacuzzi bath!), plenty of room and lots of light coming through the large windows on each side.

A fantastic place with all the amenities any family could want. We hope to return again soon.
