The house is situated on a hill overlooking the Bay of Capo Comino, with the lighthouse in the background and the Red Island, within swimming distance from the beach. It is surrounded by a small garden with Mediterranean vegetation, geraniums, roses and various herbs. The interior consists of two bedrooms: a spacious bedroom where you can add a bed, a room with two beds, if necessary, to be joined to make a 2nd bedroom, living room with satellite TV, a kitchenette and dining area with all the necessary kitchenware, utility room with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, bathroom with hairdryer. Capo Comino Sos Appentos is a quiet residential village, located between the white sand dunes of Capo Comino, the pine forest about 500 meters and the green of the surrounding Mediterranean.
