Backing on to unspoilt 'Preserve' land bordering the Manatee River, this 2 storey, 5 bedroom / 4 bath 'executive home' sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and is well situated within a quiet cul-de-sac within the prestigious River Strand gated golfing community within Heritage Harbour. It has its own heated pool and spa (28' x 14') and boasts a huge deck with patio furniture ideal for lazing around either in the sun or shade and a convenient bathroom at the poolside entrance. The fully air conditioned / heated home has 5 bedrooms (4 upstairs and 1 at ground floor level - suitable for elderly / in firmed) as well as 4 bathrooms (1 en suite to the master bedroom which has its very own balcony with fabulous views over the pool and Preserve area adjoining the Manatee River. There is a large central lounge / fully fitted open kitchen with breakfast table as well as another lounge with games area and pool table. The whole house is furnished to a very high standard.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Preferential rates available for long term renters (4 weeks for the price of 3).

    Price includes all local taxes, electricity, telephone calls within US & Canada, broadband wireless internet access and cleaning after departure.

    Pool & Spa electric heating is available at $150 per week

    A deposit of ?200 ($400)/ week is required to confirm booking.

    A property bond/ security deposit will be required via the local Management Company.

    BBQ's, high chairs, cots, play stations can all be made available through the local Management Company (payment direct).
  • For longer term rentals, we can arrange transfer of membership of the River Strand Golf Club (27 excellent holes) for 2 adults / 2 children (under 21yrs) for a 1-off fee of $150 payable to River Strand direct. Membership then entitles you to unlimited free golf except for a cart fee of $18 +tax pp / round.

Ideal for 'Snowbirds' , active families, golfers or those just wishing to relax in the Florida sunshine in great surroundings . Guests are welcome to enjoy the on-site facilities, namely; River Strand and Stoneybrook Golf Courses, Baseball/ Basketball/ Soccer facilities, Jogginng and Cycle Tracks, Canoeing / Boating / Fishing Lake, Children's Playground, Picnic Area. Golf Courses in the Immediate Area. This area is, without doubt, a golfers paradise with over 50 courses to choose from within the Sarasota / Bradenton area There are 4 courses within 5 minutes or so of the house, each of which is well worth playing and boast plenty of wildlife! Green fees vary by season / time of day / but are very reasonable overall. River Strand - 27 holes of great golf course with 3 distinct 9 hole courses some adjoining the Manatee River. Temporary membership is available.

Stoneybrook - A real test of golf off the back tees. Suitable for all standards and played through mature 'Preserve' landscape , lakes and ponds. The Links at Greenfield Plantation - A good public course just down the road with open fairways but plenty of water / out of bounds and , of course, wildlife! Waterlefe - A real challenge for any level of golfer offering 5 sets of tees. There are some unforgettable holes carved out alongside the Manatee River.
