Great location and property

The condo had everything we needed! It was clean and the owner even provided beach towels. It is true that the beach is only a short five minute walk and the washer/dryer, pool, hot tub and tennis court add to the amenities. Thanks!

Exactly as advertised

We had a great time at Susan's condo--gorgeous view, comfortable furniture, and lots of great beach gear! Boogie boards, snorkel gear, sand pails, beach chairs, even an umbrella--everything we needed. The air conditioners plus fans worked well to keep us comfortable, and the beach was a less than 10 minute walk away. The location is fabulous--walking distance to Poipu and Brenneke's Beach, very short drive to Koloa Fruit Stand, and incredibly close to the Koloa Zipline and ATV--definitely worth a trip! Also easy to get to Waimea, Lihue, etc. Great location.

Poipu vacation

It’s a spacious apartment for two. Good location, short walk to the beach, beautiful grounds. Apartment it self is a bit dated, but overall comfortable, has all needed necessities for a stay.

Wonderful Stay

Condo was the perfect place for our young family. Our girls loved staying up in the loft. The location to the beach and shopping in Poipu cannot be beat! We did notice some things that didn’t get cleaned from the previous stay before we checked it, but it was likely just and oversight by the cleaner. We also wish that buggie boards would be included with all the other beach toys they provide. Overall we thought Susan’s condo was great and can’t wait to stay again.

Nice condo in great location!

We stayed at Susan's place for 5 nights in February 2024. We loved the proximity to Poipu Beach and all the town has to offer. We took daily sunrise and sunset walks. The condo offered two bedrooms, a big living and dining room, and a great balcony with amazing views. Check in was seamless and easy. We also liked the proximity to Kalapaki Joe's . We would stay again.

I'm a single mom who dreams of living in Hawaii! I can't live in this condo yet, and in the meantime, I enjoy renting to to people like me, who like to have the comforts of home while traveling. Mahalo!

Why they chose this property

I love this property because it has a beautiful view, and is so conveniently located. Its just the right size for 2-4 people, it has all the comforts of home. Ocean and palm trees captivate your view from the dining room and lanai, the master bedroom has privacy, and the loft is a fun place for addition guest to escape to. Breneke's Beach is a short walk, Poipu Beach is just next to that! There are restaurants almost next door, and other restaurants a short walk away. If you do drive, there is a dedicated parking spot.

What makes this property unique

On the property, there are two community pools (with hot tub) guests can use, and this condo looks out over one of the pools. Guests can also use the private tennis courts. There are air-conditioning units in each of the bedrooms if you need them.
