Apartment with terrace 4 bed, pool and parking

The house recently built (2011), is located on the 1st floor of a residential complex with swimming pool and parking. It has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, bidet, WC and washing machine, a living room equipped with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, a terrace, a natural continuation of the stay, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding hills.

Sea: Viddalba is located on the Gulf of Asinara equidistant from the two ends consist of Alghero and Stintino to the west and east of Santa Teresa, this allows to visit all the most famous beaches containing moving in about an hour machine.

A 5-minute drive (6 km) leads to a long beach of fine white sand that stretches for miles without interruption from Valledoria Red Island. Equipped with areas that alternate km of beach. In this stretch the river flows into the sea Coghinas that allows excellent canoeing, birdwatching, fishing, etc..

Spa: At 1 km from the apartment are the factory and the thermal pools of Casteldoria. Opened last year, offers a variety of treatment options and rehabilitation as well as wellness.

Moreover, the beach spa natural, free access allows you to spend whole days just relaxing, even when, because of the wind, the sea is impractical.

The house is located in a quiet and brand new (2011) apartment complex with swimming pool, Viddalba, a small village Gallura which is 6 km from the beach, lapped by the fishy Coghinas river on whose banks is the spa opened in 2010.

Nearby water park, museums, archaeological sites, old olive trees and quaint towns history and folklore.

Stintino, Asinara park, the park of La Maddalena and the famous Costa Smeralda can be reached all in about an hour's drive.

An excellent place to discover Northern Sardinia

We had the pleasure of staying in this new accommodation for ten days. We are devoted users of HomeAway and normally do not do recommend accommodations, but this accommodation was absolutely cream of the crop. The owners are very friendly and the services provided by them is excellent. If we had any questions, we called the owners and they arrived within two minutes. They were also able to lent us some swimming clothes and towels as our luggage arrived a day later. As said, the apartments are new and the view is absolutely stunning (especially at night). As the pictures show, it is almost needless to say that the swimming pool is fantastic. Each apartment also has an air conditioning, which was much appreciated during our stay (midst of July). Furthermore we reckon that Viddalba is an excellent location if you like to discover Northern Sardinia. Costa Smeralda and Alghero are one hour away (car rental). If you are looking for an 'away from it all' accommodation but however near the beaches, this is your place.
