The Beach was very close!

The owner was a very nice gal but felt the amentities in the condo needed some attention. It is advertised as being wifi but could not get our laptop to work. The phone in the condo didn't even have a dial tone. The dishwasher was broken with a note on it to not use it. The beach chairs listed were broke. It needed to be painted. The location is great and convenient to the beach but was a bit dissapointed with the condo.
Owner's Response: I am sorry that that they feel like this , It is not my fault that the weather was not very good , and that they left a day early and wanted a refund; they had a very old computer and did not get the internet ; I do not know what they did to the internet unit ,since nether the phone and the internet did not work, they are cobined. The next renter that come in ,used both with no problems
I am sorry about the dishwasher because the repair man has tried for more than 1 months to get the right part from Frigedare, the beachchairs are replaced ,broken by the renter before them
I have very few unhappy renters, and a lot of repeat renters
so this review really suprised me
