Very fresh pool villa in the Seasons community. Located ideally for a vacation in the Disney area. Equipped to high standard for your comfort! New living room lether reclining sofas of Nov -12, GPS, BBQ, stroller and kids car seats (3) available. 10 min to Disney World and 15 min to Universal and SeaWorld. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is a great base due to it's location and the good facilities.Upgraded in June -11 with all new electronics, Both Master beds replaced, partly new furniture, kitchen equipment, new linens and towels. Private heated pool. Free Wi-Fi. Free Phone calls within the USA. Xbox 360 kinect. Fully equipped kitchen with high chairs and cots provided at no extra charge. Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms - one with king size bed and the other with queen size - ideal for two families sharing the villa. Bedroom three and four has two twin beds in each room and shares bathroom three. Three TV sets (largest 46') with cabletv. Blu-ray (Dvd) player. For child safety a pool fence and alarmed doors is available. Walmart 2 min away.

Located in the Seasons Community just off highway 192 yet in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The community has a pond and a playground for the children. The community benefits from it's close location to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios, the nice area and the easy reach of the Wal-Mart super store (walking distance). There is also a lot of dining places along the 192. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 30 min away. Use of a car is an absolute must. Rental car prices is very affordable if you compare to Europe. If you would like to see the ocean(and maybe dip your toes in it), or have a closer look at some manmade space crafts, Cape Canaveral is a one hour drive away. There is also some nice beaches here. The west coast with Tampa Bay is also a one hour drive away. If you would like to go to Miami by car it is about 3,5 hours away.

Golf: The villa is 5 min drive to the Falcon's Fire Golf Club, which is recognized both regionally and nationally as one of the finest public golf courses in Orlando.

Within 30 min is two other favorite golf courses - Dubsdread Golfcourse and Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge.

    A deposit of 20% will be required to book the villa. Full balance due 8 weeks before your arrival. A fully refundable security deposit of £200 will also be required payable with the balance of your holiday.

    Pool heating £15 / day, may be needed October - March.

    Stays shorter than 5 nights will additionally have to pay a cleaning fee of £50.

    Ask for late deals and long stay discounts.

    We accept payments through Paypal and bank account transfer.

A perfect villa for a family visiting Orlando

We are more than pleased to give a good review to this villa. We have been visiting Florida for over 14 years so we know our way around the area. This villa delivered all our needs perfectly and would suit a family or couples without a problem. It was good value, neat and clean, well equipped and ideally situated for quick/easy access to the theme parks via the 192 and Interstate 4. The villa is situated on a small quiet estate and close to a large Walmart and numerous shops, fast food outlets and restaurants on the 192. The villa is also a short drive from the airport....most welcome after a 9 hour flight! The property owners were attentive and pleasant to deal with. We would be happy to stay at this villa again and will recommend it to our friends. Thanks so much Sven-Erik.

Great Villa - close to everything

Our group of 5 here had a great stay. Our little girls loved the pool (pool heat was great especially in Jan). Close to shopping (especially walmart which is down the street), food and attractions. Love all the amenities on site including games table and xbox 360. The little extras like having stroller and car seat available for use really help as well. Transaction was secure and easy. Got prompt reply from owner, excellent experience. The villa was recently updated and it made it even better. My family love the property. Will be back.
