Goldfinch Cottage: Goldfinch is a 4 bedroom cottage. The ground floor consists of the living room which opens into a covered terrace. The dining area is closer to a large kitchen equipped with refrigerator, 4 burner cooking hob, micro oven, toaster, kettle, all cooking utensils and crockery. Adjacent to the living room is the air-conditioned en-suite bedroom having double bed with elegant wrought iron furniture, opening into a large, extravagant terrace. An additional bathroom with a bath and an enclosed utility room are on either side of the stairway that leads to the upper level.

The stairway opens into a large family room with TV and DVD having comfortable seating providing a frontal view of the complex from the open terrace attached to it. On this floor, there are three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms with double beds, 2 of which have large balconies and the third leads out into an open terrace, all offering magnificent, serene views of the country side. The bathrooms have enclosed shower cabins

It consists of one bedroom (AC),living cum dining cum furnished kitchenette and a large verandah overlooking a lush and extensive landscaping offering absolute quietness and seclusion. The covered veranda is large with Goan and modern seating and ample space for dining and outdoor living.. The villa boasts an idyllic setting that feels secluded without being remote. One can spend hours just relaxing or reading in the veranda.

The 'Honeyguides' Apartment consists of two en-suite bedrooms (AC), large furnished kitchen and features a spacious living and dining which walkout onto the fabulous large verandah overlooking the panoramic views of the fields and the gentle rolling hills. The apartment is delightfully decorated. The brilliant exposure to the lush greenery overwhelms you with its pristine natural surroundings and gives you a feel of an outdoor lifestyle. Chorao Island: Chorao is one of the most quaint, unspoilt and beautiful island of Goa. It is very scenic and ideal for people seeking more of a laid back environment, people who are private, well traveled and who have affinity for rural charm. The island has a rich habitat for wetland birds and plants amid the rolling hills and habours the famous Dr. Salim Ali's Bird Sanctuary. This gorgeous island is a perfect locate for painting and writing. There is a slow space here. There are no traffic lights. People wave out to each other and if you still wish to experience humanity just cross the short ferry. The island has a population of twenty thousand. You will find taxis, shops, post office and fresh sea food. There are ferries at two points and run every 20 minutes from 6 am to 12 midnight. During the other times and specially if one is in a hurry or one has to go to the airport or the mainland, one can hire a ferry as a special crossing for a nominal sum of Rs.60/-.
