Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Newly remodeled condo in a small, quiet building (only eight units) on the Intercoastal waterway. Instantly relaxing. Beautiful water views from both bedrooms and the living room, including a private balcony overlooking the Bay. Brand new tile floors through out. Beautifully decorated- not your average beach condo! Shared dock in back- a great place to read the paper and watch the dolphins, fish or just sit and take in the beauty all around you. Shared area in back with picnic table and gas grill.

Less than one block from gorgeous Treasure Island Beach. Walk to the beach, grocery store, numerous restaurants, bank, you name it! Short driving distance to all the attractions of Tampa and St. Petersburg. We love this place- you will too!

we love this condo. it is decorated very nice and taken well care of. it has all the things you need ( maybe even more ) to make you feel at home. we like it so much we plan on returning yearly. anything you need is within walking distance.

Beautiful weather and beautiful condo. Having an in unit washer/dryer is really nice as it allows me to pack less. Thanks for all the little extras you have included - books, games, pantry staples, etc.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car
Owner's Response: Thanks, Kathy. Our condo really is our home away from home, so we've tried to furnish it with every last thing we or our renters could need to make for an enjoyable vacation. We also keep up with furnishings and repairs, so that the condo always looks fresh.
