DISNEY AREA FOUR BED POOL HOME WITH GAMES ROOM & FREE WIRELESS INTERNET

This was our fourth Florida holiday and our first one when we stayed in a villa. The previous three have been 2 hotels on International Drive and a one at a Disney resort and to be honest this was by far the best we have had and all down to the villa. Rather than the everybody crawling all over each other in one room we could get lost in the villa (which my daughter often tried to do!) The villa is clean and spacious and the pool is fantastic for relaxing after a day in the park. The master bedroom is large enough for a small apartment (flat!) by itself. and over looks one of the greens on the resort.
The facilities in the villa are great, we often started and ended the day in the pool or games room, bed times are a breeze as both our kids could go to bed and watch their own programs in the comfort of large seperate bedrooms, this meant we didn't have to watch The Disney channel morning, noon and night!
The laundry room was a bonus, we could wash anything and have it dried in time for home or another night out - so no need to over pack and left room in the suitcase to take home gifts!
We would eat in some mornings and with the 24 hour walmart within 5 mins drive we could stock up on anything we wanted. The subway at the "gas" station went down well with the kids also.
You are only about 20-25 mins to the furthest Disney park and maybe 25-30 mins to Universal and some great shopping if it takes your fancy. The locals are great and welcome you everytime and the villa is easy to find with the directions given, we did have sat-nav which was great for finding shortcuts to some of the Disney parks like Downtown Disney, only about 10-15 mins away.

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday in Florida and this was enhanced by staying at this lovely villa.

The owners, Jean and Paul were more than helpful throughout the period leading up to our holiday and sent us excellent directions and instructions, as well as information about the area and offers of help if we ever needed it.

The villa was easy to drive to from Sanford airport (about 1 hour) and is in a pleasant, quiet area with friendly people in the other properties. The inside of the villa is much bigger than it looks in the photos and more than met our needs, we took my partner's parents and they had never seen an American property so were amazed by the size of their master bedroom, en suite and walk-in wardrobe!

The pool and games room were more than a bonus, especially as we had three young children and we were pleased there was an alarm on the pool door so that the children could not let themselves out unsupervised. The large fridge-freezer and oven meant we could look after ourselves on the occasions we did not eat out. The laundry room is also an added bonus as we could quickly wash and tumble dry the few clothes we packed and then buy more in the Premium Outlet stores to take home!

The villa is spotless and very well maintained, the furniture is very comfortable and the multi-room cable TV meant everyone could have some space and time to themselves if they wanted. Internet access was also handy for keeping in touch with home.

We visited the Disney/Universal/Seaworld theme parks and these were all within 20/30 minutes of the villa although we usually went out for breakfast so the journey was broken up by this and therefore the parks never seemed far. The villa is also just off the 192 and very close to a huge Wal-mart, gift shops and lots of nice restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Houlihans, Outback, Longhorns and Bahama Breeze.

We would highly recommend this villa as it is excellent value for money, and the owners are so helpful.

A spacious and well maintained holiday retreat. We, being myself, husband and two young daughters, stayed for 6 nights at Jean & Paul's lovely holiday home during our stay in Florida to visit Disney. Their home is in a good location approx 20 mins from Magic Kingdom which is a decent distance to travel but worth it and avoids some of the more "tourist" areas nearer Disney i.e. more residential. The location was great for a few decent eating out places and large supermarkets within a very short drive, even a Subway within walking distance! Although to be honest we didn't spend much time at Esprit Estates, due to making the most of all the attractions at Disney, we were very comfortable and their home was well equipped for all our needs. I am sure if we had stayed longer and had time to pace ourselves that we would have benefited far more and taken the time to relax and enjoy their home and its location. We would recommend their home as a safe option for a good value quality stay when travelling to Orlando.
