Over 100 top class golf courses within 30 minutes. 2mins to local shops (Pulblix) and 10 mins to Walmart. Highway 27 has an excellent range of quality restaurants and fast food outlets We have a \PC withFree high speed internet access or bring your own laptop. Fully equipped Games Room including children's bikes, snooker table (full size), football table, darts board, and new for 2007 Nintendo Wii games console. Extended pool with spa and comfortable loungers and barbecue for a perfect 'chill out' time at the end of a hard day in the Parks. We have an excellent Management Company who keep the villa to a high standard of decoration and cleaniness and who are on call 24/7.

WOW OH WOW! This home is fabulous. We had 2 teenagers; 1 - preteen; 4 adults and 1 grandparent. There was plenty of room and activities for all. The extra bedroom in additional to the master on the first floor is perfect for grandparents that can't do stairs well. The teenagers lived in the den. The den has a door so you can close off the noise and they could play games, update their Facebook pages, and watch their videos without disturbing the adults. This home has EVERYTHING! -- games, gaming systems (Wii and PSII), movies, and the fun casino table! The computer with a printer was such a nice ending touch to print out our boarding passes. We can't thank you enough Alyson for sharing your wonderful home with us. I'm sure your management company is wonderful but I never had to call them because everything was perfect from the day we arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to anyone. Thank you, again. It was nice corresponding with you over the last few months. I hope to be back in touch soon planning our next Disney vacation.

Fantastic holiday July 2009

Our party of four (two adults, a 16 year old and a 7 year old) spent two wonderful weeks at this villa in July.

The property is in a quiet location and is clean, spacious and well maintained. The owner has added lots of personal touches so that it has a homely feel. A great place to come back to after a hectic day in the parks.

There is plenty to keep children of all ages entertained. My youngest had a great time in the swimming pool whilst my teenage son loved the pool table and computer. There are games and and DVDs if the weather isn't great and even two childrens bikes in the garage.

The nearest supermarket is a five minute drive away and there are plenty of restaurants within a short driving distance (Applebees is worth a visit!). The Disney Parks are about a 20 mins drive and Univeral 30 mins.

The owner was very helpful, answering my many questions and recommending places to eat and things to see whilst in Orlando.

This was our second visit to Orlando and having stayed in a hotel the first time, we found this by far the better option. We had a wonderful holiday and would thoroughly recommend this villa to all our friends and family.

Great time in Orlando!!

We spent a week at the villa the last week of April, 2009. There were 6 adults and 5 kids, ages 1-8, that were in our party. My husband, 4 kids and I had the upper floor all to ourselves - and enjoyed the 2 private bathrooms. The kids loved the toys and the Wii - which kept them occupied after busy days at the parks. We also all loved the pool and hot tub, both of which were nice and warm and very relaxing! What I loved most about the villa was that there were enough tv's and rooms that you could have some time to yourself if you needed it. The villa was very clean and well maintained. There is a high chair and a pack and play so my sister didn't have to bring that with her - another bonus. The villa was close enough to Disney but yet far enough away to feel like you are in a quiet place.

Throughout our booking and prior to our stay, Alison was very helpful to answer any questions that I had and was always very prompt. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would do differently is to bring exactly $1 (USD) in change for the toll road. That was very congested coming out of the airport and we didn't have enough change.

If you have children and want them to have options like toys, books, a Wii & a great pool, then I would highly recommend this house for your stay. We loved it!!

Family Vacation

Wonderful place to stay, my family and I had such a wonderful time. The villa has so much space and so much to do. It was so nice to just come in from doing the parks to some rest and relaxation. I will be recommending this villa to all my friends, family and co-workers who will be coming to Florida to vacation. The pool was very much used by all. My grandchildren loved the house so much the four year old didn't want to go home. We will be back.

6 adults & 4 kids (2 families) stayed for 2 weeks end Feb 2009.
Excellent villa. Exactly as stated & more.
Ideal location for parks.
Made full use of all facilities it was so nice just to spend a day at the villa. Wii, pool table, jacuzzi & pool just made it perfect.
It was our families first visit to Florida and we will definitely be back.
Thanks to Alison for all her help/advice. We would love to come back and stay here again and definitely recommend the property to others.
