Luxury 200sq m Provencal style house with pool containing sleeping 8 + additional cots for babies. 4 bedrooms 2 bath, 1 shower, large sitting room and kitchen/dinner and cloakroom. Luxury fitting throughout inc. Sky. With excellent views, the house is situated in a quiet position yet, the unspoilt, medieval village of Biot, with over 10 restaurants to suit all tastes, is within 3 mins walking distance.(Local shopping, P.O., doctors, dentist are also available.) The world renown towns of Cannes, Juan Les Pins, Antibes and Nice with their excellent beach and shopping facilities are a twenty minute or less drive away. Monte Carlo, Italy and the mountains are only an hours journey. Local buses also connect to the rail network which takes you to all of the above.

The French Riveria, also known as the Cote d'Azur, where the medieval village of Biot is situated, incorporates the world renown towns of Cannes - Film Festival, Juan Les Pins, Antibes - largest European sailing leisure harbour, Nice - museums and street life, with Monte Carlo - motor racing casino, St Tropez, the Gorges du Loup and Italy close by. The smaller picturesque hill villages are associated with artists such as Van Gogh to Picasso including the Impressionists and writers such as Scott Fitzgerald to Pagnol. Other attractions include the word famous Marineland, mountain walking in the Southern Alpes and karting. Biot is also famous for its glass and Fernand Leger for his ceramics. All served by Nice Airport, TGV railway and A8 motorway.

Great relaxing holiday in a wonderful village.

Biot is a lovely small village, about 20 minutes from Nice airport and 30 minutes by car from both the center of Nice and Cannes, with a few great restaurants. Walking distance is really only 5 minutes to the pharmacy, main village "center", and market on Tuesdays. The wonderful Fernand Leger museum is on the other side of the village and the owner can recommend a long walk by the river to the next village. The house is spacious and clean, with plenty of seating in the living room / dining room / outdoor patio area / swimming area. The owners are an English family and leave an information book and welcome basket for guests to enjoy upon their arrival. The house is near the top of a hill with an iron gate - so lots of privacy but just be ready for a steep incline. Very quiet and perfect for a family or a group of close friends.
