The complex is located in one of the best residential areas of Fuerteventura (Tamaragua). It is just 5 minutes from the beach Grandes Playas and from centre of the city Corralejo. It has pool, deckchairs, sunshades, and chairs. There is a supermarket a few meters; it opens 7 days on the week. Also, there is an Irish pub and a Canarian restaurant with in which you can afford food courses since 6€.

The villa is duplex.

Upper floor: 1 bedroom with built-in wardrobe, LED 24Samsung TV, independent terrace.

Bathroom with large window, large bath, and bidet.

Lower floor: Living room with 3 sofas, LCD 37' Samsung TV

Independent kitchen with: Microwave, toaster, furnishings, pots, and other things.

There is private garage; even though; you can park your car at the entrance of the villa (there is no problem neither for space or security).

Garden with deckchairs, barbecue, table, and chairs.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in this holiday apartment, basics are all there, the area is quiet and secure and just a short drive from Corralejo. Nice contacts with David and Ana, they are on site if you need anything and provie great tips for local restaurants.

¡The Best Villa!

We had a wonderful stay in the house which is located very beautifully in the country side of Corralejo. The house has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living and sleeping areas. The outside terrace is very relaxing. Given that we also had 2 small children with us and stayed almost 2 weeks, we did miss a washing machine in the house however. Lajares itself is a nice small town, away from the more hectic areas of the island. Nevertheless, it is relatively close to some very excellent beaches.
