We recently had a wonderful holiday in the second floor Apartment, full of old fashioned charm and situated overlooking the estuary at Saint-Valery-sur-Somme. The location was not only wonderful for the views, which could be enjoyed from the balcony and from which one could watch people strolling and seals swimming, but also you could step out onto the boardwalk and buy local produce (even freshly cooked lobster from the fishmonger next door) to be enjoyed in the comfort of ones own "pad". Also, being so cnetral, after your enjoyable meal you could take an evening stroll along the boardwalk adjacent to the estuary and enjoy the remarkable sunsets. The whole family loved it and look forward to the next visit.
