Private condominium in Estoril, in prestigious area. The beaches of Estoril and Cascais are within 1km, being accessible on foot.

The condo is very close to the park 'Home Truths Faria' where the Portuguese Music Museum is located.

Other places of interest nearby (a few minutes) and within easy reach include the center of Cascais, where traditional fishing activities coexist with quality tourism and Estoril, with the Casino and the Congress Centre.

Lisbon, with its cosmopolitan life, monuments and history is accessible by car in about 20 minutes, both by highway and following the 'avenue', known as one of the most beautiful roads in the world, or using the train ' Cascais line, convenient and frequent.

Sintra village classified by UNESCO as World Heritage is also a 20-30 minute drive, offering remarkable landscapes and architectural wealth.

The duplex studios (T1) are level and have direct access to the garden where the pool and the tennis court is situated. Have common room opening onto balcony, with sofa bed and kitchenette and a double bedroom on the upper level, ideal accommodation for couples with one or two children or a couple and another adult. There is possibility of placing cot.

Are equipped for holiday or other short-term occupation, on a self catering.

Nearby there is a great variety of good restaurants and all services.

Although the car represents a convenience, there are public to the center of Cascais and the Estoril Line train just minutes from the condo transport stations. The parking lot near the entrance of the condo is generally very easy and safe and quiet area.

The kitchenette has the basic equipment for preparing breakfasts and simple meals. Plate has two discs, microwave and refrigerator. It also has a coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. A WONDERFUL APARTMENT, SET IN LOVELY GARDENS.

The apartment was as described on the web site. It was large and airy. The small kitchen had everything you need for a self catering holiday, when you only want to make breakfast and snacks. The bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase, so be sure of your mobility. The apartment and all towels and linen were very clean, the gardens and pool are lovely and very relaxing. This is a nice area but there are some hills and steps to climb. Make sure you visit Cascais and Sintra and take the train to Lisbon it is only 30 mins away. There is a lovely pastelaria just round the corner, and two small supermarkets just down the road. All the arrangements for payment, getting access and contact while we were in apartment went without a hitch. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. Thanks again to Margarida and Ana.
