LUXURY 6 BEDROOM VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL, 10 MIN TO DISNEY, WATERFRONT

PERFECT location!: Cumbrian Lakes is close enough to Disney that, even in traffic, we've made it there in as little as 15 minutes...which based on our many previous stays on Disney properties, is much faster than the Disney bus (which can also be very crowded). We've taken trips to one park in the morning and another in the afternoon or evening, sometimes even switching between Disney and Universal and hanging out at our own pool in the middle of the day - when you are this close, why not? After the rides and crowds, there really is nothing better than coming back 'home' to relax in the peace and quiet of the Villa and just stare out at the lake and wildlife - where normally the only sounds we hear are coming from our own children. The beaches, fishing, cruise ship terminal, and NASA Space center are only an hour away and Sea World, Disney, Universal, themed restaurants, playgorunds, golf, museums and more are only minutes away.

PERFECT size!: The 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, extended pool deck area with fully screened lanai, and three en-suite bedrooms make this the perfect escape for multiple families, large families, families with small children/toddlers, families with teenage children, girlfriend's holiday, boy's vacation or multiple couples who travel together. All six bedrooms have their own television and dvd player. The kitchen is full size, and is loaded with appliances, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, and space to eat at the elegant table or at the breakfast bar. The garage is a wonderful place for the kids to play with the hundreds of toys, legos, and board games along with a foosball table. The house is large enough to escape away to another area for some privacy when needed, and comfy enough to feel like home. Enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset from the peaceful master suite patio upstairs will be a moment you don't want to miss, and will easily remember.

PERFECT holiday!: There's almost too much in the villa to put into a description. You will truly feel like you have everything you need for a fun yet relaxing trip, just bring your bathing suit. The wireless broadband internet access allows you to stay in touch with those still at home, to check in via email or just make them jealous by sending your pictures. We like to use the desktop computer to watch our local sports teams through slingbox for big games. In addition, using facetime on an ipod or ipad over the network allows us to speak face to face with those not able to make the trip. There are plenty of DVD's and books already in the home, so there's always something to do. There's no way to do everything Orlando has to offer in just one trip, so take time to relax and just plan on coming back again next year!
