This marvellous apartment ( 70 mq) surrounded by a private garden ( 450mq ) has a terrific view of the sea and the island of Mortorio , le Camere. It is only 1,5 km away from the town center of the well known Porto Rotondo and the marvellous beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Offers superb accommodation to 5 people

- the1st bedroom with a connected bathroom, has a covered patio which leads to the back garden.

- the 2nd bedroom has three single beds and a separate bathroom.

- the leaving area is extended to the covered Patio , arranged and equipped for outdoor living, day and night. From the garden you have direct access to the sea just a few minutes walk .
