Imagine you are driving down the winding road, miles from traffic lights, miles from the office, miles from the hassles of everyday life. As you pass through the gates of T-Lea Farm, you are entering Seventy-three acres of country paradise.
Usually there is Apple Pie with Ice Cream in the Freezers, as well as All the ingredients for S'mores to have at fire.... Adults, there is brandy on the counter for a warm fire evening.
Soothing Views from deck that wraps around the cabin overlook mountains and our pastures. The sunset is breathtaking as you prepare a meal on the grill. The horses graze while you take it all in. Serenity Awaits as you pass through our hay fields where a graveyard sits from the settlers of the 1800's. As you continue on, you will see our five-stall horse barn and pastures that hold Sterling, Saphire and Goldie, our precious horses. They love carrots and apples; you can stroll down from the cabin and visit them as often as you want.
Luxury is what you will find as you enter our three-bedroom cabin. The master guestroom is on the highest level, with a king bed, and a private restroom. The other guest rooms consist of Queen beds and a main bath on the same floor; one with a down comforter, the other with a feather bed. Cozy and comforting.

Toby and I bought this farm as a place to go and have dreams come true. We live in Fort Lauderdale, FL and each of us operate a family owned business, Bobcat dealership and a sport fishing charter company. We love to visit our farm every few months and escape this crazy city life. We live our dream while visiting this amazing slice of heaven.
Please call me on my cell phone to schedule a visit or become a guest.
Tammi Molinet purchased this cabin in 2004
When we visited some of the local towns of Southeast Tennessee, we were directed to Tellico Plains, where we stumbled on to this property. Once we drove through the gates, all we needed was a pen. There was no doubt that this is where we wanted to visit and share with others for many years to come.
While staying at T Lea farm, you will hear practically nothing. It is so serene and romantic. There are lots of mountains and trails to explore. There are streams around the property and fun to watch them flow. While sitting on the deck of the cabin, the horses will roam the pastures in front of you, watching them run is a special treat when they feel the need. There is also a cemetary from the 1800's where some of the first settlers lived.
The log cabin was nestled on the edge of the Cherokee National Forrest. It was surrounded my majestic mountains and flowing streams. Plenty of Bedrooms with plush pillows and hand made quilted comforters. The fire pit was massive with loads of cut fire wood for our campfires. Long winding driveway for our truck and trailer. ATV rides through the logging trails to the top of the mountain provided magnificent views of the farm and surrounding country side. You can see for miles in every direction from the view at the top.
The farm was clean and well stocked. The care taker Jennifer provided fresh eggs from her roost. Toby and Tammi provided us with a full stocked fridge and mini bar all included. Plenty of towels and stocked snacks, sodas and icecream for us and our kids.
I would definately reccommend this place to my family and friends.
We loved to grill on the stainless grill on the deck and visited the Tellico Grains Bakery for delicious treats.
White water rafting was a blast too.
Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven with us. We;ll be back
My family and I stayed here for Christmas 2013 due to a recent devistating loss and we needed to be away for Christmas. The land is beautiful. The house itself was not what I expected. The cabin is very small. The downstairs couch was broken and would not pull out into a bed; therefore 2 people had to sleep on a couch and a loveseat upstairs. We also rented the 3 4-wheelers. Only 2 of them actually ran...one of them was hooked up to a battery charger when we went to get them on Christmas morning. If any family members have allergies to pet hair, be careful, this house was full of dog hair. Again, the land and horses are very beautiful, but the cabin itself was very disappointing.
T-Lea Farm provided a lovely place to relax and enjoy the quiet beauty of southeast TN. There are 3 bedrooms (Master Suite has a king size bed & 1/2 bath, main floor bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, main floor bedroom #2 has a full size bed and there is a sofa/convertible bed downstairs in the walkout furnished basement). Bedrooms are well-furnished with linens, towels and robes for nearly every one. There are 2 full bathrooms -- one on main floor and the other located downstairs (no tub--showers only). Kitchen is small but nicely stocked, with plenty of cooking and dining utensils. Plenty of room for six adults in and around the cabin. Lots of room to park two trucks, two trailers and four motorcycles down by the horse barn and parking directly outside of cabin. Nice location to launch your excursions from -- very close to Cherohala Skyway, Tail of the Dragon, and easy to get to Gatlinburg, Chattanoga, Bryson City, etc. to explore the scenic roadways and parks and trails.
I booked this 3 story cabin for a fall weekend to gather family from Kentucky and family from South Carolina-a total of 6 adults and one toddler! The farm is beautiful, peaceful, and with 6 horses to pet-very fun! We had a bonfire and roasted marshmallows and made s'mores of course! Some family members had target shooting practice and others napped :) We appreciated the comfortable beds and linens and the stocked kitchen-including a raspberry tart in the freezer! We also appreciated the 2 decks with a swing and picnic tables. Rustic, small, and comfortable cabin I would recommend and will use again.
We had a lots of fun with a family of five and two great danes the only regret was that we couldn't stay longer due kids school starting. The cabin was just as described with all the amenities you can think of and all the room to relax. The owners Tammi & Tobi along with the property care taker make you feel welcome specially when traveling to the unknown. With the road being far way we enjoyed the privacy of riding atv's, having a fire pit going, our dogs roamed around (met marshmallow) and we enjoyed feeding apples to the horses.
You never know what to expect when renting for vacation, just to find out it was misrepresented and now you wasted your time just to find out you'll never rent it again, T Lea Farm is one place we hope on coming back to get away from big city life and enjoy peace and relaxation.
This was our first vacation east of the Mississipi River and it was only a 10hr drive from Chicago. We had a lot of fun with three teenagers and two great danes our only regret was that couldn't stay longer due to kids school was starting. The cabin, location and atv rental was great and the communication with the owners and their property care taker make you feel welcome specially when traveling to the unknown. The cabin was comfortable relaxing with central a/c as long as you know you'r in the country and there wont be any room service, it had all the amenities we would have if it were our own and with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy without getting bored. Outside was even better located far away from the road a big fire pit, all the space to ride the atv's, and for our dogs to roam around the days went by fast.
We hope to return again and enjoy the peaceful private location away from everything but close to anything.
Serene 73 acres for your relaxation and fun for all, great time, private and close and far enough for everything.
