Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms, 2 showers and 2 bathroom villa

The villa entrance hall gives access to the sitting/dining room through impressive glass (safety glass) doors. Comfortably furnished with light modern furniture there is also a flat screen television (Satellite programs excluding sports and movies), DVD player and video, a modern fireplace and 3 sets of sliding glass doors opening onto the pool terrace. A corridor gives access to 1 double and 1 twin bedroom both with sliding glass doors to the pool terrace and both with en suite bath or shower room. All the villa bedrooms are fitted with electric shutters. Also on the ground floor is a 'state of art' kitchen and laundry room with door to the pool terrace and garden.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the first floor master double bedroom with an additional sitting area and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs is also a double and has an en suite shower room. Both bedrooms open onto the upper balcony with views over the garden and pool to the sea.

This superb, high specification villa is located on the outskirts of Carvoeiro close to Carvoeiro Clube and Quinta Paraiso. There are several restaurants, a mini market and the tennis centre within a short walk and the excellent golfing facilities at Gramacho and Pinta are within a short drive. The centre of Carvoeiro with its wide choice of small shops and restaurants and sandy beach is less than 5 min drive away.

Casa Luzerno is a modern designed and spacious villa where maximum natural light has been put to good effect and top quality fixtures and fittings have been used throughout. The villa stands in its own lawned and landscaped enclosed grounds and benefits from a large private pool.
