Located on a lush hillside with views over the north coast of beautiful Koh Samui, this spacious and luxurious four bedroom, open plan villa is fronted by a 14m x 6m infinity-edge swimming pool that overhangs beautifully landscaped gardens and the tropical jungle below. The villa, which has is simply but elegantly furnished throughout with contemporary Thai furniture and artifacts. On the upper level, there is a large living room with flat screen TV and DVD player, Ipod dock, etc. as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen . Sliding doors give way to a large terrace and breakfast dining table. Downstairs, there are two guest bedrooms (one double and one twin) as well as a Master Bedroom and another double guest room in a garden pavilion. All are en-suite with double washbasins, WC and rain shower, and decorated in the elegant, Thai style of the house, with high thread count white linen. The spacious sala is perfect for relaxing, day or night.

Nearest Airport: Koh Samui at 6 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Nathon at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Barpub: FISHERMAN'S VILLAGE at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Golf: Bophut or Santiburi at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Restaurant: Fisherman's Village at 1 Kilometres
The house is set on a lush hillside with a 'green carpet' of palm trees in front all the way down to the sea. TESCO is just 15 minutes drive away and there are other major supermarkets too. The house faces north but gets the sun on the terrace til about 4pm. Fisherman's Village is just a short drive away where there are cute shops and restaurants. A championship 18 hole golf course is 15 mins drive away, while there is a 9 hole course 5 mins away. BangRak beach is among the best in Samui - as is Maenam - and they are both around 10 mins drive away. The airport is 20 minutes away. There is dedicated maid service (cleaning rooms, pool, laundry) and we get many compliments abour our live in couple. They are so helpful.

  • The bathrooms are in pale tarrazzo stone and two of them have large rounded free standing terrazoo tubs. All the showers have rain shower fittings and the master bedroom has a hand held shower as well. All have double washbasins as well as drying racks for towels and swim wear. There are safety deposit boxes in three of the bedrooms

Our stay at Baan Ling Noi was absolutely wonderful. The villa was actually better than described. The villa itself with all the modern accessories was beautiful but second to the magnificant views from every room. The pool abd sala were the biggest hit where relaxation was the ultimate end. The staff was wonderfull and although hidden most of the time was always there when you needed them - remarkable! Location was 10 minutes from Bophut and 15 from Chawang. A car is required. I definitely will return to Baan Ling Noi on my next visit.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
