Apartment in historical building in the center near the cathedral of St. Lorenzo

The apartment is located on the first floor of the historic Sopranis Palace which was built in the early '500. The architecture is the original: the colonnade of the door as well as marble floors and slate, although it has been completely renovated in 2004. The ceilings are vaulted and the apartment is on three different levels: from the bottom with ceilings of more than six feet is reached by a staircase to the loft area with kitchen and living room and from this to the sleeping area with one bedroom very spacious with ceilings lower than the intimate and welcoming. At the bottom there is a smaller bedroom with a sofa bed and a room / study. The apartment has two bathrooms with a shower and one with a bath and can accommodate up to 7 people. There is central heating with the temperature can be adjusted internally.

The area has limited traffic area (ZTL) and can be accessed by car only requiring a permit. So in the whole area is very pleasant to walk we walk for types 'alleyways' rich Genoese commercial activities and venues.

It is an ideal base for exploring the magnificent historical center of Genoa is rich in history and culture. Near the historic Via Garibaldi, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Piazza delle Erbe, where is the apartment is traditionally a meeting place for young people and the hub of social life: the surrounding area is full of places to enjoy a drink with friends, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and ancient Genoese shops. It's perfect for those who want to immerse themselves fully in the lifestyle of the city, but it is not suitable for those seeking a secluded and quiet.
