Minniehaha villa is brand new for 2007 and has many features you will not find in most villas. The furniture has been up graded for your comfort. You can enjoy those lazy days by the pool, or large screen TV in living room with DVD player all connected to cable, which includes Fox sports, UK football. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, micro wave, waste disposal unit, large American Fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer everything you need is right here. Both master bedrooms have en-suite facilities and private entrances on to the pool area. All bedrooms have cable TV and walk in wardrobes. In the den you can entertain the kids on the Sony Play Station 2 and Play Station 3 with games and blu-ray films, while you chat to family and friends back home on the PC with Wi-Fi Internet. The two twin bedded rooms have again been furnished to a high standard with cable TV and DVD players one room has a Disney theme.

Calabay Parc - Tower Lake is Conveniently situated just South on Highway 27 four miles from junction 55 off the I4 Just 15 - 20 minutes from Disney and other attractions. Calabay Parc Tower Lake is a fully gated community. Facilities include boating, fishing, gymnasium are available in the new clubhouse due to be completed 2009. Our villa is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from major shopping ie Super Wal-Mart, Publix, Walgreen's. Also nearby there are golfing facilities and local dining. There is a new Outpost/Tourist information on the 27 with lots of local information. Our villa is about one hour away from Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre. We have put together an information file that you will find on your arrival.

Sparkling pool: Step out from the family room under the covered lanai and onto the extended pool deck which surrounds the sparkling clear pool and bubbling spa that cascades to the main pool. The pool area Is not overlooked at the rear and has privacy shrubs and trees at both sides. Change the colour of the pool with our fibre optic lighting. Pool heat is recommended Nov - Mar.

We enjoyed a superb family holiday in this extremely well-appointed villa. Great TV enabled Champions League Final and brand new internet PC was brilliant for - well everything. Also, could easily fit 2 families of 4. Location is easy to find and very convenient for a large WalMart and approx 25 mins from Disney. Spotlessly clean house with minimum of rules and interference. Pool compact but fun. Aircon very effective. Great Value, highly recommended.

I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your home last week. I must say the maintenance company that you have does a wonderful job cleaning and caring for your house. It was so clean. The house itself was perfect. We were so impressed with it. Everywhere we needed to go was easily accessible.

I was also impressed with the attention you have to detail. The directions from the airport to the house were flawless and we arrived with no issues. The information book that you put together was also very helpful.

I have told everyone that if they are planning a trip to Disney, staying at your home is the only way to go.

Again, thank you and if we plan another trip to Orlando, you will be the first one I contact!!!
