As soon as you turn onto the leafy landscaped boulevard that welcomes you to West Haven you will know that you have made the right choice for your holiday home. Our beautiful executive home is on a prestigious gated community and comprises of a four bedroomed villa with two master suites and a third bathroom shared by two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions. The open plan family room includes a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating on the comfortable corner sofa, ideal for a family movie after the parks. The games room has all the favourites for a family night in with table tennis, pool and air hockey. FREE WIFI. We have a lovely spacious fully equipped kitchen. The home has a wonderful west facing pool, giving sun all day, right through until sunset. The lanai spans the family room and dining area, giving shade from the heat of the sun, for those with fairer skin. For those wishing to relax with a glass of wine after a day at the park, the spa is ideal. Anyone with young children will especially welcome the poolside shower and bathroom facilities. Off road parking for two vehicles is provided.

The Manors at West Haven is a gated community which includes tennis courts and children's playground for your exclusive use. It is a peaceful area,which whilst away from the main roads is in fact only minutes from the main Interstate 4 which will get you to the Disney attractions in 10 min and Universal Studios in 30 min. Nearby is Champions Gate where you will find a supermarket, restaurants, post office, pharmacy, service station as well as a championship, Greg Norman designed, golf course. It is an ideal base for many of Florida's wonderful attractions such as Kennedy Space Centre,beaches on both the east and west coast. At Seaworld you can swim with the dolphins or you may chose to explore the wildlife on an air boat ride. There are also local opportunities for fishing and horseback riding as well as shopping. West Haven is ideally situated for that Disney dream vacation. You can be driving through the gates of Walt Disney World in under 15 min and are under 30 min from the majority of the other main attractions such as Universal Studios and Seaworld and the NEW Legoland. For the golf enthusiast the Champions Gate Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, is only minutes from your front door, with over 20 additional courses within easy reach. Orlando International Airport is a 25 min drive making this a convenient holiday location. Local shops including supermarket, restaurant and pharmacy are nearby and US192 is a 5 min drive away where you will find a huge selection of quality restaurants, diners and bars. For those looking to head further afield, the I4 provides direct access south-west to Tampa and the beautiful gulf coast beaches and north-east to the centre of Orlando itself. The Atlantic Coast with Cape Canaveral, Daytona Speedway and Cocoa Beach can be reached in around 75 min.

Golf: For the golf enthusiast our home is a dream come true. Within an hour's drive you will find over 50 championship courses. On your doorstep is Champions Gate which boasts two championship courses designed by the great Greg Norman. This is also home to the David Leadbetter Dream Academy.

Wonderful Holiday

Thanks to Deanne and Graham for renting us your gorgeous villa it exceeded our expectations and was the perfect base for a wonderful month in the Florida sunshine. As we opened the door everything was exactly like the photographs, it was clean and well presented, the huge sofa was just the ticket after a long flight!! The kitchen is big and well equipped, there's everything you need. The two en-suites are definitely a bonus, ideal for 2 families or 2 couples like us. We had loads of fun in the games room, between the pool table, air hockey and table tennis there's plenty to keep you entertained. Our favourite place was definitely the pool area, the pool and spa are amazing. We were lucky with the weather and were able to spend loads of time lazing around in the pool and sunbathing. There are plenty of chairs and sun beds which is not always the case. West haven is a lovely area within easy access to all parks and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We tried some of the restaurant recommendations in your information folder and were not disappointed. Our favourite was Longhorn, the steaks are amazing!!
The whole process has been smooth from start to finish and communications with yourselves and your management company have been brilliant we couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be in touch again for our future trips to Florida.

Having said that, I believe that all my guests should feel that their holiday is special and try to do my best to ensure that in my small way I can help make the planning process as smooth as possible. All e-mails are monitored regularly throughout the day and responded to promptly as I know that when you have made an enquiry or asked a question you want the answer straight away. On my first trip to Florida I was lucky to have a family member who could provide advice on even the smallest questions. Not everyone has that and I want my guests to feel they can always ask if they need any advice.

A fantastic high quality villa in a great location

The villa was everything we could have a asked for and more.

The location is fantastic. What isn't pointed out enough is the quality of the estate the villa is on. It is well maintained and the gated entrance gives you extra feeling of security. The park is lovely and perfect for the kids. It is really a 2 minute drive to the nearest Walgreens and 5 minutes to some great restaurants. Disney is so easy to get to, straight on the I4. What we really loved was how we were close to the hustle and bustle of the attractions but we were able to retreat to the calm of the villa.

We went as a family of 6 with 2 small children (aged 3 and 1) and 2 grandparents. The 2 master suites were perfect as each couple had a generous suite. The kids had their own room, each very tastefully decorated. There were plenty of towels, spare bedding, utensils, games; in fact the villa was very well equipped. The games room was great fun and was well used by the men folk in the evenings. The pool and spa are lovely and very well maintained and there was an abundance of pool toys for us to enjoy. Overall we felt very comfortable in this spacious light villa.

We loved it so much I could go on and on! I will definitely re-visit this villa if we go back to Florida and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

What a great place to stay with family! We have four young children and needed a lot of space for everyone to be comfortable, and this place has plenty of it. All of the bedrooms are large and the kids really liked having their own tv right in the room! We arrived to a very clean home and the pool was perfect. Definitely a nice quiet retreat after a busy crowded day at Disney, which by the way is only 10 min away. The owner was very helpful and the property management team were excellent.We loved our stay and look forward to coming again!

We have a fantastic holiday .....

... and the villa was certainly a contributory factor. We thought it was much more spacious than it appears on the photos. It's in a great location, the area is nice and it's well placed for shops, restaurants and Disney etc. The villa is immaculately clean and very well maintained and well stocked with anything you might need. We loved the pool which is great for those evenings/days when you're all Disney'd out! Would recommend a visit to Discovery Cove and an airboat ride - both were my personal favourites. With thanks to the owners for their friendly and prompt customer service - we really hope to return in the not too distant future. I would certainly recommend this villa. Thanks again Deanne ......

A very clean and very comfortable villa. Lots of space. Sun all day around pool. It made our holiday! Would definitely like to come back to this villa!
