A piece of heaven.

The cottage is comfortable and cozy. Don't expect luxury but if you are looking for a place to rest and relax this is it. It is true everything is provided, just bring your clothes and your food. It is very private and quiet at the cottage and we enjoyed the deck overlooking the marsh every afternoon. We also enjoyed the park across the street viewing some spectacular sunsets. We watched a mother raccoon and her babies several times fishing at high tide. We saw dolphins every day. There were boats of every description. We definitely plan to visit again.

My daughter and I stayed for a week here at this cottage and we simply loved it! It's cozy, comfortable, and peaceful. We enjoyed the private deck overlooking the waterway and saw the most beautiful sunrise. We saw dolphins every day. This cottage is the complete package for a fun and relaxing vacation.

the enclosed deck overlooking the water way and the dog friendly parks near by my this a great spot for vacationing with dogs. I walked into town, really convenient location. Its not disability friendly. The owners are out of state but did respond to phone calls.

Cute Cottage

  • 5 of 5
We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The decor is very beach looking. It was also very clean. The views from the patio were outstanding. Everyday we saw dolphins. The cottage is on the Beaufort River..lots of boats come by. We would stay here again. There is lots of pros to staying here. You don't have to bring anything but your clothes and food. There is lots to see and do in the Beaufort area. The only cons that I would ask the owners is to get a new couch, a potato masher and a better barbecue. We were going to bring our own barbecue but didn't and we should have. Other than that, this is a fine cottage.

Great little cottage

  • 5 of 5
Loved the cottage on the Beaufort River. We were staying in the area for three weeks, so wanted a very homey, comfortable place. This really "fit the bill". The cottage was very roomy for two people and we loved the deck that overlooked the river. The deck had a eastern exposure, so we had many sun-filled mornings to enjoy our coffee. It was a very short bike ride into town and we really loved the location and privacy. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay at the cottage again if we return to the Beaufort area.

A Christmas vacation in Pigeon Point Beaufort S/C

  • 4 of 5
The cottage is located in a great setting overlooking the Atlantic Intracoastal waterway where the dolphins may be seen swimming by during high tide. We found the cottage quite comfortable and peaceful. The owners were very helpful and accommodating.

The town centre is an easy 20 minute hike.

All in all its good value for the $$.

I recommend Steamers (best gumbo), Dockside and Emilys for dinner and Plums offers a great lunch menu.
