Property comprise of 3/4 Bedrooms, 2 reception Rooms and a Larger than Large open plan kitchen/diner. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. 3 large bedrooms. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and power shower. Separate toilet. Wooden floors throughout The Ground floor with rugs on the top floor. Beautifully furnished with a mixture of modern furniture & antiques. Openshaw is only 5minutes walk from the Abbeywood station and is close to Woolwich Arsenal, Plumstead and North Greenwich Stations. This Recently decorated 3/4 Bedroom House is Located close to most London Tourist Attractions. This centrally heated House in the quite heart of Abbeywood will appeal to anyone visiting to London or looking for a short stay in picturesque Greenwich, Abbeywood and Blackheath.

Openshaw Lodge is situated in Abbeywood close to shops, and local amenities. Abbeywood is in Historic Greenwich where many tourist attractions exist e.g. Maritime Museum, The Royal Observatory, Royal Artillery, Blue Water/ Lakeside shopping centres, Charlton shopping Centre, millennium Dome(O2), DAVID BECKAM FOOTBALL ACADEMY, Royal Arsenal, Royal Naval College Greenwich Park and The Cutty Sark, Greenwich mean time to mention a few. There are loads of pubs and restaurants are within easy reach as well as the markets(Woolwich, Greenwich, and Deptford Markets to mention a few) which sell antiques, second-hand clothes and lots more. There is a river bus which travels along the Thames from Greenwich Pier (which is 2 Miles away) to the Tower of London and Westminster. 20 minutes from the centre of London via British Rail, 2 trains per hour, The London Marathon starts in Greenwich. The Tour de France will be coming through Greenwich this year, 2007.

  • A £200 security deposit is required prior to check-in which is fully refundable with 10 days of departure subject to apartment hand over in appropriate way in line with check-in inventory details and all telephone bills cleared.

    Booking is done on a first come first serve basis. A 50% non refundable deposit of booking fees would be require to get a confirmed booking. The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. Should the arrival date be less than 28 days from the booking date, full payment is required upon confirmation of booking.
