Newly decorated bungalow, sleeping 2 adults & 2 children, with sun terrace

If you are looking for a seafront location, look no further than Vista Atlantic, Atlantic Gardens.

Set back a stones throw from the promenade, 7 min to Playa Flamingo beach and 7 min to Playa Mulata beach, the location is ideal.

The terrace is the perfect place to sunbathe or sit and enjoy a glass of wine whilst taking in the amazing panoramic sea views.

The lounge has a TV, DVD player, double sofa bed, and a dining table with 4 chairs.

There is a kitchenette, complete with an electric hob and microwave oven.

There is a double bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a brand new granite walk-in shower. At the back of the bungalow, there is an enclosed solana surrounded by palm trees, where you can enjoy some private sunbathing.

Vista Atlantic is situated on a well established complex which has two communal pools, (one of which is heated) in as well as a baby pool. There are also pool tables, a bar, gym, mini market and laundrette.

'Vista Atlantic' is the most sought-after bungalow within the Atlantic Gardens complex on the coast of Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, due to its spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and neighbouring canary islands. Playa Blanca is located on the Southern tip of Lanzarote, enjoying the best weather the Canary Islands have to offer. There's a large array of shops in the town centre which will cater for all your needs. With a constant breeze all year round, water sports are particularly popular.

The neighbouring island of Fuerteventura is only a 20 minutes away by ferry. For those who'd rather spend their time on the beach, Playa Blanca has plenty to choose from, most notoriously the world famous Papagayo Beaches.

  • An additional surcharge of £49 per week (or £7 per additional day) will be charged for any portion of the rental period which falls within school holidays.

    For any booking which contains a public holiday, there will be an additional charge of £35 (or £5 per day if less than a week). This charge is wavered if the public holiday falls within a school holiday as listed below:

Due to the layout of the bungalow, this would allow you to put the kids to bed earlier, enjoy the rest of the evening relaxing on the terrace, and then not have to disturb them when you went to bed later on.

A perfect week away. Mother and Daughter.

The weather was rather cloudy when we were there and so we made the most of the hire car that we picked up from the airport and had a good tour round the island, so easy to drive over there. The bungalow was in a perfect position looking out to sea and the terrace area was perfect for a bit of people watching whilst they were walking along the promenade. The bungalow was very clean and so was the whole area of Atlantic Gardens. Used the washing machine on the resort where you can get tokens from the reception and also wash powder from reception, perfect drying area was the courtyard to the rear of the bungalow. Small shop on the resort which was perfect for the basic items plus other supermarkets towards and in Playa Blanca itself. Snack bar on the complex where you can but snacks, drinks or ice creams. Swimming pool area very clean and lifeguard there at all times. Walked into Playa Blanca each night which was a lovely walk, approx 25 minutes, got a taxi back a couple of nights which cost just under 5 euro. If you fancy a cocktail, just 5 minutes or so along the promenade turning right out of the bungalow is an amazing bar called La Manea. The setting is beautiful. Thank you to Ryan and family for letting us have the pleasure of renting the bungalow, also thank you Ryan for answering all my enquiries prior to travelling within 24hrs . Also thank you for the welcome pack, the wine especially was really appreciated :-) We hope to book again. Can not fault anything about the bungalow, the complex or Playa Blanca. Had a lovely week away.

Just returned from our stay in Villa 301 Atlantic Gardens. Everything as stated. Complex very clean and well looked after. As we arrived late in the evening, it was very nice to have wine, water, tea, coffee etc. supplied. The view was spectactular, as were the sunsets. Many of the other holidaymakers stopped and said what a good position we were in. All the amenities were very near by. We really enjoyed our holiday. I would just like to mention that we used Last Minute Travel for our transfer to and from the airport. They were very reasonable, punctual and efficient.

Perfect!

The villa is lovely, very clean and tidy, with some nice personal touches, such as the basket of books, and the welcome pack (which included wine and chocolates!).
The view from the terrace is amazing, we could've sat there all week just looking at the ocean!
The location is excellent, everything within easy reach along the walkway round the coast, which is also ideal for cycling. There are loads of bars, shops, restaurants to choose from nearby, and a lovely marina where you can sit and watch the boats.
This was our first time in Lanzarote and we fell in the love with the place - we will definitely be back!

First time we saw the pictures of this lovely bungalow it was "we have found it somewhere to stay in Playa Blanca" an ideal position not far from Playa Blanca's town (approx 20-25 min coastal walk no cars) brilliant place to relax/eat on you south facing patio best bungalow on Atlantic Gardens (stunning views), excellent facilities inside, everything really is catered for right from the excellent welcome pack to books, cd's, dvd's to the best nights sleep we have had in a very long time (beds were brilliant and the position of the bungalow made it ever so quiet at night).
Would we recommend YES, Would we go back, YES, as my wife put it "it really is like home from home"
