The apartments (San Ginés San Ginés I and II) are in the center of Madrid to 3 minutes from the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.

The building, which houses two apartments is old, over 100 years, but completely renovated. Has beautiful wooden stairs and a small lift and old style.

The apartments are brand new, especially cozy and decorated in a contemporary style, featuring all the amenities needed for your stay. When interior apartments are away from all the noise of the traffic and bustle of people, typical of the center.

The apartments are located next to the Church of San Ginés between Main Street and Calle Arenal, in the heart of Madrid.

Arenal Street is a shopping area that leads to the Puerta del Sol, joining Princess Street, another shopping area.

The Plaza Mayor is next Bordadores Street, where the building is located. Nearby is the Mercado de San Miguel, the Fundación Caja Madrid (where they have free exhibitions in collaboration with the Museo Thyssen). The Royal Palace

Brand new, broad, especially comfortable and decorated in a contemporary style, featuring everything you need for your stay. Being an inner apartment is away from all traffic noise and bustle of people, typical of the center. San Gines II The apartment comprises a spacious lounge, large kitchen (fully equipped), which is the dining room with a dining table with 4 seats. In the other room is the room with a double bed of 150 x 190 cm. and a 6-door wardrobe. The lounge sofa bed is made and measures 150 x 200 cm. It is very comfortable. The apartment has heating and air conditioning. The apartment has towels and sheets to the occupants.

The two apartments (San Ginés San Ginés I and II) are located in an old building, with elevator, next to the Church of San Ginés and Calle Arenal, in the heart of Madrid. Only 3 minutes walk from the Puerta del Sol and 1 minute from the Plaza Mayor. Nearby is the Mercado de San Miguel, the Fundación Caja Madrid (where they have free exhibitions in collaboration with the Museo Thyssen), the Royal Palace. It is also located in pedestrian shopping street, where you can find many shops and restaurants. The neighborhoods of La Latina, Chueca Courts and are 10 minutes away. The apartments are in the center of Madrid where most of the attractions in the city.

Amazing Apartment - Terrific Owner

This apartment was perfect for 4 people (Mother/Sister/Daughter and myself). My mother is elderly and was not able to walk very far, therefore we required an apartment that was centrally located to all the sites which this apartment fulfilled. It also had a lift so my mother did not have to walk up the stairs. It was very clean and had everything you could think of to make your stay pleasurable down to the fresh towels. Jonas, the owner was fabulous to work with from beginning to end. I am planning on returning to Madrid with my husband, son and daughter and will most definately stay in this apartment again. I was very nervous about reserving apartments online but this one was amazing. I would certainly encourage everyone to stay here.
