Golf, beaches and unashamed luxury! An apartment for all seasons. Enjoy our sunny, south facing apartment in this quiet development with landscaped gardens and large communal pool, 10 minutes from the beach and front line views of Duquesa golf course and sea. The apartment has been furnished by a local interior designer and no expense has been spared to create this very special retreat where you can relax and recharge in luxurious surroundings. The lounge has 2 cream leather sofas, a dining room table and chairs for 6 people, and a flat screen television and DVD player. It has 3 large bedrooms, all with wardrobes and the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath There is a further family bathroom with shower. The lounge leads out to a huge terrace where you will find a table and chairs to seat 6. From the terrace you overlook the swimming pool and Duquesa golf. Our property is perfect for families and golfers alike.

The apartment is located in Cota Real. A five minute drive brings you to Castillo de la Duquesa with its chiringuitos (beach bars) and fish restaurants. The delightful port of Duquesa, 5 minutes by car or a 10 minute walk, has a wide selection of bars and restaurants, a marina and access to boat rental and water sports. For golfers Duquesa golf course is almost next door, Sotogrande and Valderama 10 minutes by car, San Roque 15 minutes and there are around 40 other courses within half-an-hour's drive at Estepona and Marbella. For children there is a water park and a safari park nearby. Gibraltar is only 20 minutes away and provides some great duty-free shopping along with the sights. With easy access to Ronda and the 'white villages' of Andalucia, Cota Real makes an ideal base for sightseeing, shopping in Marbella or Puerto Banus - or just lazing around the pool and beach.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Christmas, New Year and Easter will be charged at the high season rate. A 20% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking with the balance due six weeks before the departure date. A €200 refundable deposit is also requested which will be reimbursed on arrival home. The rental price will include linen, towels and electricity, cleaning on departure and linen change. A welcome pack can also be ordered at a small charge. Airport pick up can also be arranged.

Shopping: The town of Sabinillas which is just 10 minutes walk, has supermarkets, a chemist, post office, medical centres, dentists and lots of restaurants. Estepona is 8 miles and is bustling with shops and restaurants. There is a Carrefour hypermarket at the other side of Estepona. Puerto Banus and Marbella are half-an hour away.

Golf Information: Duquesa Golf course 5 minutes drive; Alcaidesa, Valderama and other Sotogrande courses 10 min; San Roque 15 min; Estepona 10 min. Forty or so other courses.
